This is a fantastic spot to stay while exploring the greater Bangkok area. It is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were professional and attentive. Overall strongly recommended. If I have the opportunity again; I would like to stay there again. I personally drove a car; however, there are public transportation options available to get to this location, highly convenient.

Close to the airport, very convenient if you need to stay overnight. Not suitable if you want to explore Bangkok. Little Far from everything. Well equipped space, like the style and hospitality 🙏🏽

A fantastic stopover in a nice traditional back street in the old town. The accommodation was exactly as described: a perfect hideaway from the chaotic bustling city. Alice looked after my booking and all subsequent communication and she was superb. Always replying in minutes, and forthcoming with some superb local food outlets. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and I hope to return someday!

We had such a lovely stay with Ed and Tum. The house is beautiful with a wonderful garden and amazing kitchen. We paid for Tum to also cook us dinner and we are so glad we did. She is an incredible cook and it made the whole experience feel even more cosy. We were there with our 10 month old baby and he had the time of his life. The perfect weekend staycation from Bangkok!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bangkok! The location is perfect, as it everything is close by, yet the surrounding area is peaceful and local. The apartment was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. A big thank you to the lovely hosts, especially Co-Host Alice, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her tips made our experience even better. She also took us on a walking tour around the very close by temple and taught us about her culture and meaning of certain things at the temple. It was also very interactive. Thank you so much again, it was perfect! We truly appreciated the chance to discover such a beautiful and authentic side of Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again!

We are very happy to stay there...quiet...very clean and comfort. .But it is a bit far from the city..difficult to use public transport.

The house is fully equipped with a balcony and washing machine, the air conditioning is very good, 711 downstairs is very convenient, and takeaway can also be delivered downstairs.10 mins walk to subway station, night market nearby.The host was very friendly and gave specific advice before check-in, which was very helpful.The house is very cost-effective, I recommend everyone to come to Bangkok to stay here🙏🙏🙏, it is very clean and tidy.

Excellent! Quiet location, but not to far from bts (10-15 min walk or 3 min motorbike taxi) Cafe, resturants and 7-11 just around the corner. Great space in room, and big balcony! Room is located in corner, and top floor. Will highly recommend it! Great communication with the host. Wifi speed good. There is also a big fridge, microwave and even an airfryer in the room! All ++++ 10/10

I’m truly grateful to have been hosted once again by Steve and his team. The entire experience was seamless and highly professional. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed in a minimalist retro style. It had everything needed for a longer stay, and if anything was missing, the team was quick to provide it. The apartment is located in a very modern condo complex in Thong Lo, which is so well-equipped—with its own supermarket, co-working space, two gyms, cinema, several pools, and more—that you hardly ever need to leave. The location right in the heart of Thong Lo, along with the free shuttle service to the BTS, is another big plus. All in all, the stay exceeded my expectations, and I would happily return anytime. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bangkok and you’re 3-4 people this is the best place! Its spacious and it has 2 bathrooms which is the best! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a 7/11 on the ground floor where you can buy food. It’s quite far to the city centre and other tourist attraction but no worries since you can just book Bolt. You can just divide the fare if you’re in the group. There’s a near MRT station if you wish to commute but really I highly recommend Bolt. Lek is an awesome host! Easy to communicate and is very generous coz he let us check out late. The best accommodation here in Bangkok!

24-hour access control, access card, full safety. The overall room is white, clean and tidy. Complete one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom and one kitchen layout. Nothing is missing. Surrounding food and beverage, laundry, convenience store, everything is available. There is a connecting car to the MRT when entering and exiting the apartment. It is also very easy to find a taxi. Although I encountered a once in a hundred year earthquake in Thailand, it was extremely easy to escape because the room was on the fourth floor. The host sent a message to care immediately. I felt very warm. A very pleasant stay!If I had to find a flaw, I can only say that a previous guest with a bad temper punched a hole in the good door. Although we are all passers-by, please take care of this temporary home!

I have stayed in a few Airbnbs over the years in the immediate area. This one is probably the nicest. Very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Very convenient to reach great food at Tonsak Market. Nice facilities in the building. Wifi had something like 500 Mbps as well. Central location in Nonthaburi, but the sleeping area is 100% silent at night. Helpful and engaged host, who took the time to meet us for check-in. Thanks, Benny!

Stella was easily the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She was extremely responsive and quick to help out with any recommendations. Her place was absolutely stunning, exactly as described in the listing. Check in instructions were extremely easy to follow with information she provided. I am so thankful that I was able to stay at her place and highly recommend any guest stay there.

Really enjoyed our stay at Teerapat's condo. Loved the decor, and location is close and walkable to Big C and nearby stores. It is close to the freeway and theres a lot of traffic so you hear it all day and night. That may bother some, but i use a noise machine at night that drowns it out so I dont mind. The walls are thin so you can hear and feel the neighbors when they slam their door. The place is clean, and very well decorated. I would be happy to stay here again. Roof top pool is beautiful at night !

Good little accommodation. Needs some repairs (I think it's because of the earthquake), but otherwise everything worked out great.
