We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Nice little cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Unfortunately, there is no parking space on the property and there is not always one on the street near the house. If we visit Paris, we will be happy to rent the cottage again.

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Very pleasant stay 30 minutes from central Paris by metro. The accommodation is in a very good location, quiet, nicely decorated and perfectly as described. Special mention to Maria, who showed great flexibility: because of a long train delay, we arrived very late, and we were given the keys directly by hand on the forecourt of the Gare du Nord! Checkout was also simple and smooth, with keys left in the mailbox. Easy and fast communication, highly recommend. Thanks Maria! ☺️

This tiny but cozy and lovely flat in Pantin boasts an amazing terrace, providing valuable additional space. The small kitchen is fully equipped with essentials like salt, sugar, and coffee. The flat is clean and perfectly sufficient for a short stay. Conveniently located, it's just a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro and railway stations. You can enjoy a tasty morning baguette from the bakery right next door, and there are also several bars, shops, and cafes nearby. The area is quiet and uncrowded, offering a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Lucas is a fantastic host – very helpful, friendly, and communication with him was excellent throughout our stay.

Had a great stay at Caroline's. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. LeClerc hypermarket is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There's a boulangerie and a patisserie nearby There is a street 2 minutes away that is filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, green grocers, butchers, and a Carrefour. This street also becomes a Morning market on Sundays. The bus stop (Chanzy) is also just a two minute walk away. It's not a difficult commute to Paris downtown coming from Caroline's place. The kitchen is very adequate and is stocked with condiments like spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, and cooking oil. I was able to prepare a few dinners in that kitchen

Paulo is welcoming and warm. we were very well hosted. impeccable studio and filled with small touches. everything you need is present in the accommodation. we'll be back on our next trip to Paris.

I cannot say enough positive things about my Parisian experience. The neighborhood was very friendly and did not have a lot of tourists. Everything I needed was very accessible and within walking with a Metro stop directly in front of the building. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. If you rent this AirBnb be sure to take Fred’s French cooking class! I’m going home with multiple ideas to recreate my experience in my own kitchen. It can’t be beat! This is the only place I will stay from now on whenever I visit Paris!

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

We had a very enjoyable experience which was our first air b and b trip. We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great location near RER Station for easy access to Paris and the locality has a beautiful park and the town of Sceaux in walking distance is worth visiting at least once. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We had the most beautiful stay in Hubert and Victorias place! We arrived and it was raining but made it so cosy and atmospheric on the balcony. Comfy bed, clean all over and we slept really well. Super lovely and helpful hosts. 5 flights of stairs felt very worth it when you get in!! Balcony picnics to remember forever. So gorgeous and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
