Idyllic house with a lot of feeling on our property. Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 4 beds in a shared sleeping loft/upper floor, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bed linens, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise a cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be charged. The whole house is for the guests and they are warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

Kvarnstugan

The mill house is located in Fröseke in the heart of Småland. Just outside the cottage, the Alsterån flows past and in the pond by the river there is a jetty with a boat that guests can use. The cottage is one of the oldest buildings in the village, has a sauna and seats up to 8 guests. Here in Glasriket, you can not only visit the glassworks with their design history, outside the warm cabins there is untouched nature, lakes, cultural history and 40 minutes away is the Baltic Sea. Ta en paus, varva ner i vårt mysiga gästrum! Naturen & havet utanför dörren. 50 meter ner har vi vår brygga för morgon kaffet. Låna roddbåten för att testa de fina fiskevatten eller låna en cykel för att utforska närområdet. Vandra längs med Kalmarsundsleden och känn den småländska historien mellan stenmurar, hav och odlingslandskap. Soffa/dagbädd som dras ut till en dubbelsäng samt en loftsäng med stege. Sängplats till 3 men rekommenderas för 2. Ta med egna lakan eller hyr på plats.

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Villa in lovely Timmernabben!

Relax with family or good friends. House in Timmernabben, 50 meters from Kalmarsund. We have nine beds plus a sofa bed. At the dock, there is a rowboat. With it, you can row out to one of the islets. Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....
