We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking and biking. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are nearby. In the apartment, all the necessities are available to cook, stay, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was also done to make us feel comfortable. In short, we can recommend this apartment to anyone.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owner was friendly, professional, and always quick to address any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

Diederik‘s flat was fantastic for our trip to Utretch. A very quiet neighborhood with lovely old homes and surroundings. Exactly what we needed for our first trip with our little one. The apt is spacious and has all you need. Only downside is the stairs between floors are a bit more tight/narrow/steep than they appear in the photos. So be careful if you have a little one. Otherwise we loved our stay at his place. Its a great getaway.

Roy and Meddy's place is perfect for 2 guests: - Bright apartment, very clean, decorated in today's trend, well organized and practical. - The balcony is very nice. - Close to shops, the city center. - The bikes available are a real plus to be able to explore Eindhoven in its entirety. As hosts, Roy and Meddy are also perfect: considerate, welcoming, responsive... Thanks again, it was a real pleasure to spend this weekend at your place.

The house was very cosy, clean, and nicely decorated. The garden was superb, and Ivon and her husband are very friendly and easy-going. I needed to be close to the university, and the location was excellent. Strongly recommended.

Good accommodation, perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom and nice living room. Being a basement, it lacks sunlight, but that's something that's already understood, being a basement.

Many thanks to Femy and Thea for a lovely stay, despite the weather. Very friendly and helpful ladies, communication was excellent. Bikes could be safely stored in the garage. We intend to return and recommend this AirBnB.

We stayed there with 4 people for 2 nights and were very satisfied! The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was also delicious and sufficient! The other rooms also made us very satisfied. So we'll definitely come back! Marc has also been a very friendly host. Recommended ☺️👌

This is without doubt the best AirBnb we have ever stayed at! Our host was super helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel most welcome, the beers were a very welcome surprise! They even let us borrow a scarf for carnaval. The accommodation was beautiful, stylish and comfortable, we could not have wished for a better place to spend our short vacation.

This is a beautiful place with lots of walks, runs and cycle paths. It is very peaceful in the woods.There is a restruant at the glider park but other than that, you will need to travel to eat out. We loved it here and will definately be back.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Reckum – and that's mainly thanks to the great host! We were warmly welcomed at check-in and felt comfortable right away. Our host was consistently likeable, incredibly patient and always helpful. Whether it was tips for the area, small concerns or spontaneous questions – he always had an open ear and a solution ready. His competence and serenity really made our stay special. Thanks to him, we were able to fully enjoy our time in Reckum. We can only highly recommend the accommodation and especially the host – we will be happy to come back!

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Sterre's house was fantastic. Has all the comforts and very clean. A wonderful sofa, wonderful shower and wonderful beds. Her instructions were clear and we even got a nice cake on arrival! Despite the less beautiful weather, we had a great time at restaurants nearby and playing games in the house. I can recommend this stay to anyone!

This was a fantastic property. Perfectly located and walking distance from main sites. Lots of places to eat and drink within a few minutes. It was quit noisey Friday night but the appartment was so spacious and comfortable. The amenities were brilliant. This proper was exceptional and I would highly recommend it.

Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. We spent a week here. The place is small, but provided plenty of storage for our clothes, and provided all the cooking items we needed. Having the washer In the sink/shower room gave a surface for our cosmetic bags. The toilet has its own room, which also makes the spaces more functional. Having a washing machine was fantastic after spending the previous week on a boat/ bike tour! We used the drying rack, instead of the dryer, and our clothes were dry the next day. There is now a roof terrace, which is a great addition. The steep stairs have been mentioned before, so I brought some cloths up in bags to lighten the wt. of the suitcase. Once I did that, I could manage its wt. and hang onto the railing OK. There is construction on the street where the bus normally stops, but we finally found the stop at Royaards van Den Hamkade, and that made a world of difference, especially leaving with suitcases. The bus ride to Utrecht was about 10 min. Our over all experience was great.
