Un logement charmant ! Situé dans un village proche de la plage et du site de Knidos mais en hauteur. Logement très très agréable, il y a tout pour y être bien et du charme en particulier ! Vivement conseillé ! Duygu est une personne très réactive et pleine de bons conseils qui possède un hôtel restaurant dans le village d'à côté... Le restaurant Tulu en question, ne mérite pas le détour, mais juste en face le resto familial Olimera mérite vraiment d'aller y manger ! Bravo Dyugu. C'est un sans faute !!

Endroit Magique, authentique, beau et simple, vue extraordinaire depuis la terrasse sur le volcan! Le village d’Emborios est très joli, la taverne à deux pas ( quasiment dans la maison ) est excellente et le cadre, l’ambiance géniale. On est dans la montagne et l’île est petite, sauvage donc l’atmosphère reste calme, détendante, joyeuse et ouverte à tous. L’accueil de Takis est top, facile, sympathique et accueillant. Merci Takis!

Der Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit zwei Terrassen, zwei Balkonen und einer Dachterrasse war wunderbar erholsam für unsere Familie. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen und Nicholas und Maria sind die nettesten Gastgeber, die wir je hatten. Wir wurden u.a. mit selbst angebautem Olivenöl, Granatäpfeln und einer Zwischenreinigung bei unserem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt verwöhnt. Der 31.10. ist auf Kos wirklich „end of season“ und alles schließt, aber wir hatten bis zu unserer Abreise am 3.11. wunderbares Wetter und fanden die auf der Insel einkehrende Ruhe herrlich. Wir haben uns selbst verpflegt und dazu auch den Gemeinschaftsgasgrill genutzt. Fleisch gibt es bei Kritikos am Flughafen und Fisch bei Sklavenitis. Die Besteigung des Dikeos, der Besuch von Mandraki auf Nissyros und der Besuch der fussläufig erreichbaren Volcania Winery in der Abendsonne waren drei von vielen Highlights. Zum Baden gefiel es uns am besten am Magic Beach. Wenn wir könnten, würden wir sechs Sterne vergeben.

This is an extremely beautiful and authentic local stone house but with a renovated comfortable interior. The view to the sea the harbour and other islands is stunning. It’s very private you see nobody in any direction. The kitchen extremely well fitted. Marianna was sweet helpful and responsive. We even had cleaning while staying which was great. The beds comfortable and clean linens. Nisyros is a wonderful simple island in the good sense bery good food and local goat cheeses. Not run over by tourism. The path to the house is a little bit challenging but with we loved it. Totally worth the great privacy. And there’s an amazing outdoor shower.

The most beautiful village house in Emporeios. We had such a great stay, I just wished we could have stayed a month! The house is beautifully and lovingly renovated, the view from the terrace is amazing. As the last house in the village you feel as though you are really living on the mountain. Our young children loved the house and Emporios. We ate nearly every evening at the tiny but amazing taverna run by Triantafyllos’ brother, and only had a short walk home to bed once we were full of really good Greek village food. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to return another day.

Το σπίτι είναι υπέροχο σε φοβερή τοποθεσία μέσα στο χωριό με φανταστική θέα! Η Ελισάβετ είναι πολύ εξυπηρετική και απαντάει πάντα έγκαιρα σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα για ήρεμες και χαλαρές διακοπές.

Ich war etwas länger als 1 Woche auf Kos bei Giorgos. Es war in einem Wort: perfekt. Vom ersten Moment an, habe ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Giorgios hat mir sehr dabei geholfen die Unterkunft zu kommen (vor allen zu dieser Uhrzeit). Es war einfach alles vorhanden was man brauch für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und aus dem Pool sind einzigartig schön. Auch wenn ich Mitte Oktober hier war, konnte man noch in den Pool gehen, auch wenn man merkte, wie er fast täglich etwas kälter wurde. Aber es ist Mitte Oktober, das ist zu erwarten. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit mit vielen schönen Eindrücken.

We had a terrific stay. Beautiful home and surrounding gardens and amenities. Perfect Location. Host was great and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

As a group of five adults, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dean's fabulous airbnb. The view is sensational. We loved the outdoor kitchen, dining, lounge area and pool. Dean arranged for Marianne to meet us at the port. Marianne had organised a car for us and we followed her to the house. It is a terrific place if you want a peaceful, relaxed time in Nisyros. Thank you Dean, we loved it.

This is a beautiful home with very kind host and hostess. Everything is very clean and cozy + lots of room and privacy, so it's a great place to stay with family. It's great to wake up with cock singing in the backyard and go to the garden and pick some almonds and pomegranates, then take a 600m walk to the beach and spend a day there. There are also several restaurants offering excellent seafood on the beach. It's good beach for snorkeling - lots of fish - we also saw an octopus, cuttlefish, muraena and even a dolphin:) The last one we saw standing on a cliff in Knidos:)

Beautiful view of sea and island, amazing sunset view, appreciated quiet and silence really appreciated.

We had a lovely time at Marc’s place in Zia. It was about a 15minute walk into Zia where there were loads of restaurants and amenities. Location was great! There was a designated place to park the car. Instructions to the property were very clear. Inside we had everything we needed. Everything was clean. The view from the balcony was lovely and everything felt very traditional which was great! We hiked up Mount Dikeous which we did from the property. Well worth doing for some fantastic views. We went at sunrise. Great location as it’s not too far to get to the beaches. We spent time at diamond life beach club and swam to the church at Agios Stephanos which was amazing! Thank you again Marc, we had a fantastic stay at the property!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Antimachia. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral von Kos: man ist in 2 Minuten am Flughafen, in 5 Minuten in Mastichari, 20 Minuten in Kos, 10 Minuten in Kardamena. Von dem Flughafen ist nichts zu hören, da die Flugzeuge nicht über das Dorf fliegen. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer: 1x Doppelbett und 2x Einzelbetten. Das wäre mein Verbesserungsvorschlag: auf den Fotos im Inserat sieht man das 2. Schlafzimmer nicht 😉 Es gibt ein Willkommenspaket mit diversen Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken. Es empfiehlt sich, erst in die Wohnung zu gehen und danach einkaufen zu gehen, falls man dann überhaupt noch etwas benötigt 😉 Panagiotis ist stets zur Stelle und hilft, gibt Infos, wo er kann. Seine Frau ist auch sehr herzlich und kümmert sich um die Wohnungen. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, was für uns genial war. Kommen sicherlich wieder 😊

Thomas was in Kos so he was able to meet us on arrival which was nice. The house was very nice and very well appointed The outside space was good with places to sit out of the wind or sun . The garden was lovely with the olive trees and oranges. Thomas was always available by email and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Wir (zu zweit) hatten nur 1 Übernachtung gebucht, aufgrund Frühflug nach Hause und vorab Transfer von Kalymnos. - super Kommunikation - äußerst einfacher Check in - echt super sauber - für bis zu 4 Personen - top Preis/Leistung! Gerne wieder!!!

Gaia guest house é una villetta in posizione centrale nell'isola di Kos, per cui é semplice spostarsi con un mezzo e arrivare in 40 minuti anche sulla punta più a nord dell'isola. Le camere e la cucina sono ariose, i bagni un po piccoli ma accessoriati. Dalle foto non rende bene ma é una casa tenuta molto bene e il cortile fuori é delizioso. Dimitra é stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, consiglio vivamente.

Ein Auto ist dringend empfohlen. Hat man dieses wird man mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick belohnt. Max. 10 min zur Innenstadt, 5 min zu einer Auswahl guter Restaurants am Meer. Würde ich sofort buchen, nur dann würde ich wohl eine zweite Pfanne mitbringen. Wer selbst kocht wird vereinzelt etwas vermissen.
