Our family of 6 had a great stay and would happily return. The place is large and comfortable, filled with lots of helpful extras and supplies. Everything worked well and it had a homey feel. It's less than a block away from a somewhat busy street so you will hear a little traffic noise, but it did not bother me and I'm pretty noise-sensitive. Host was wonderful with enabling an early check-in. We also rented a near-new house in the same neighborhood but liked Shino's place better.

This is my second time staying at Toru-san’s Airbnb, his place is very clean and super comfortable. His Airbnb surrounding also have many delicious restaurants as well. On last day when I checked out, he brought me to a delicious breakfast restaurant and gave me a ride to closest train station for free. Thank you Toru-san! I will definitely come back to this Airbnb when I have another chance visiting Osaka in future.

MINAMIYA (Namba, good for family trip)

WendyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
I was truly amazed at the outstanding hospitality of Chul and family. They were very welcoming and made sure we knew about everything in their home. The house was very clean, spacious and exactly as pictured and even better in person. The closest train station was Daikokucho which was around the corner from their home about 4 minutes away. There was 2 entrance/exits #6 had an elevator and #2 just stairs. This stop is one off from Namba, which is the nightlife area...so very easy to get too. There was 2 super markets around corner from house. One closed at midnight the other 24 hrs. A 7-11 down street and a 24hr laundromat 3 min away. I have been to Osaka many times before but will definitely be back to Osaka especially to stay at Chul's house. We absolutely loved our time in his home. It made us feel like we were at our own home and we did not want to leave. Thank you again for your gracious hospitality. You made our Osaka trip a very memorable experience!Mahalo Nui Loa from Hawaii!

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was well-organized and located on the 9th floor, so we barely heard any noise from outside. However, on some nights, we could occasionally hear loud motorcycles. There’s a 7-Eleven right below the building, and it’s very close to shopping areas and lots of restaurants. Most importantly, it’s extremely convenient for those traveling by subway – the station is just a short walk away! The only downside for our family was that we rented a car, and parking fees in this central area can be quite high. The host was amazing – super responsive and very kind. Every time we messaged, we received a reply within 2 seconds!

The hosts Tatsuro-san was incredibly responsive and helpful, even when I needed help with a delivery! The place is as described, clean, wonderful amenities with sufficient space for my family of 5. Everything was well-explained by Tatsuro-san. It's a pity I could not stay longer as we were returning but I would definitely choose to stay again! The place is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of convenient spots to purchase what you need. It is also within short distance of a train station. The other hosts, Ichiro-san & Eiko-san were also very friendly & hospitable. Sending us off on our last day of check-out with an omiyage too! I look forward to my next trip to Osaka and staying here once again!

The bathroom is very tiny and no space to put anything but beside that everything was great 😃! I recommend it ~~

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was perfect – spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location could not have been better, with easy access to both public transport and local shops and eateries. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived, and it was clear that the host attaches great importance to maintenance and well-being. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the beds were both comfortable and inviting. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and so was his mother-in-law who lives nearby - it gave an extra sense of security to know that help was close by if we needed anything (which we didn't, because everything worked so well!). We can safely say that this was one of our very best Airbnb experiences, and we would be happy to come back at a later date. Highly recommended!

Nice home, good location. Easy to access other areas of Osaka. The only downside was that in the common room there was no couch, only chairs around the kitchen. Hard for everyone to gather and relax. The rooms were a nice mix of traditional tatami and modern.

Would definitely come back to stay if I ever visit Osaka again. Chad was very helpful and responsive and even though we had so many questions and requests, he would actively respond and tried his best with all that was asked. The area is very convenient with a lovely yummy yakitori right at the end of the street and supermarket and convenience stores all around the area. Thank you for such a wonderful stay for our family!

Very good check-in experience. Koyabu is very friendly and responsive. The house is very close to the subway station. 711 is right next to the house, very convenient. The basin and bathtub in the bathroom are all lavender purple, which is super cute! However, if you have large luggage, it will be tiring to climb the stairs. The stairs are steep and narrow, but other than that, everything else is fine. Thank you very much, Koyabu!

We wanted a private quiet house , in a noiseless environment and that is exactly what came true. What we found to be a great advantage was that the house does not mimic western architecture (like many competing offers) but really shows the Japanese style of living - tatami, futon, sliding doors, seating on the floor. The house was in addition to a nice quiet neighborhood and in prefect cleanliness. The host was excellent. Highly recommended.
