This apartment is my favorite, an extraordinary couple, very nice, very polite, available to us. As I said in the first review, I would often come to this apartment. In the city you can walk there, very quiet. Everything I like.

Very clean apartment, tastefully decorated and in a great location. Beautiful sea view a few meters from the beach. Mathilde is very nice and available. We'll be happy to come back to this cozy little accommodation where you feel very good.

Great stay for the holidays, the accommodation was in the center and super close to parking. Impeccable cleanliness, very good bedding, absolutely no complaints. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thanks again for this stay.

We have stayed for four nights. It’s a large and comfortable apartment with fully equipped especially kitchen ware for cooking. Safe parking inside estate with main gate. Very close to town centre.

The apartment is nicely decorated, very well arranged, pleasant to stay in and particularly clean. It is also very well located, close to the beach and the heart of the city. We had the loveliest time at Annie-France’s place! It’s very spacious and comfortable, and the modern decor in a historic building is really cool. We honestly hadn’t done a lot of research on Uzès and were delighted to find that it’s full of restaurants and shopping while being easily walkable. We used the garage a few blocks away and are glad we did. Annie-France is a terrific host — very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Very well located, clean apartment, very comfortable bedding, with a superb view of the lighthouse (especially at night with all these lights). You can leave your car in the private parking lot and enjoy all of Palavas on foot. Beach, city center, restaurants, everything is nearby!! Sonia is very responsive, very friendly, her explanations for accessing the rental are very clear. We'll be happy to go back

Communication with Katia was very good. She was always available, gave us lots of tips, information and suggestions for excursions. An all-around great host. The house of Katia and her family is also perfect. We immediately felt at home and you can tell directly how much love they have put into their home. We stayed with four adults and four children, had a very relaxed stay and really recovered. The pool was the highlight for the little ones, but also for us adults it was a welcome cooling off on the hot days. I'm sure we'll be back 🙂

Great night spent in this nice studio, the decor is very nice and cozy. the accommodation is very clean and it smelled great when we arrived.

3-night stay for couples. Friendly welcome, Jean-Luc made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived and gave us a detailed presentation of the studio, the house and the amenities. He remained available throughout the stay, with discretion and good humor. We'll go back!!

Virginie is a responsive and accommodating host. The accommodation is as described and great for 6 people. New and well-decorated accommodation. I would recommend it!

We had a great time at this place in Lattes, ideally located: close to the beaches and downtown Montpellier, while being quiet, in a secluded and relaxing setting, like a farmhouse in the middle of the fields. The house was very nice, well equipped and as described. The value is excellent. The host was very available, responsive and flexible. We would highly recommend this property!

This is a very comfortable apartment with a great aspect and a large balcony overlooking trees. Nearby is a tram stop so access to the city centre is easy. I hope to return.
