Η κ. Νατάσα ήταν άψογη σαν οικοδεσπότης, έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για την τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος, δεν απαίτησε την αποχώρηση μας από το χώρο πρίν της 11 , όπως συμβαίνει συνήθως. Ήταν απόλυτα συνεργάσιμη. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ σύγχρονα επιπλωμένο, με ολα τα είδη πρώτης ανάγκης (π.χ εμφιαλωμένα νερά, σίδερο/ σιδερώστρα, διάφορες μηχανές του καφέ, τοστιέρα,ψυγείο μεγάλο, πλυντήριο (ακόμα και καλάθι για τα άπλυτα) κτλ). Άνετο μπαλκόνι + αυλή για να παίζουν τα παιδιά. Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ (οικογένεια με δύο μικρά παιδιά).

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

To be honest, it was my first time using the services of Airbnb, so naturally I was pretty worried about how the whole trip would go. However, when I tell you that I lucked out big time and this is the BEST place you can stay in Neos Marmaras, I won’t be lying - the host is friendly and responsive, the apartment is spacious with not one, not two, but THREE bedrooms, and the sea is on a 10-15 minutes walk! It’s also quiet at night, and if you hate the hot weather there are TWO air conditioners inside two of the bedrooms! There are pharmacies, doctors, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you wouldn’t have to use a car every time you go out! You can also take a boat trip nearby, rent kayaks, and just have the time of your life! One of the hosts, Maria, even baked us a cake during our stay - she’s just the sweetest soul and always available to help you out! If I decide to go back to Neos Marmaras, you best believe I will rent this apartment once again

We had a great time at Christos’s place! He was very helpful throughout our whole stay - from providing thoughtful instructions to how to find the place to sending his brother to check on us when we couldn’t properly close the awnings at the balcony 😅 His house is 1min walk from the beach and we couldn’t dream of better location. If we could, we would have spent the whole summer there. Thanks again, Christos!

Totul a fost peste așteptări mele. Locuinta a fost extrem de curată, rar mai găsești asa ceva. Doamna de acolo este o gazdă și o femeie deosebită și foarte muncitoare, se vede cu ochiul liber ca îi place ceea ce face. O recomand din tot sufletul, este o plăcere să îți petreci concediu în căminul ei.

Ο χώρος της Μελίσα ηταν πανέμορφος. Ένα καινούργιο διαμέρισμα μέσα στην φύση, εύκολα προσβάσιμο και με όλες τις παροχές. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Η οικοδεσπότρια ήταν φιλική, ευγενική και άμεσα διαθέσιμη σε όλες τις ανάγκες μας. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Place was very spacious. Katerina was great host, very helpful and proactive. Pool was awesome - it was avalible all day (and night:)). Garden is definetly great place to enjoy Your morning espresso and other meals :)

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! A casa di Themis ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è molto tranquilla. Siamo stati accolti dai suoi genitori che sono stati molto gentili e premurosi. La casa è spaziosa e lo spazio esterno è comodo e molto ben tenuto. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. I letti sono comodi. La signora ci ha preparato un’ottima pita. Esperienza positiva.

Accommodation is near the centre of the village. The accommodation itself was fine. At night expect noise from passing noisy motorbikes, otherwise relatively quiet. Fine location for walking around the area.

Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm, nestled in a serene location that provides a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

Die kompakte Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Lage und Ausblick sind wunderschön. Die Gastgeber*innen sind total angenehm und entgegenkommend. Das Gebäude mit den Wohneinheiten ist architektonisch sehr gelungen und fügt sich harmonisch in den Felsen ein. Die Terrasse ist durch Sichtschutz von den benachbarten Ferienwohnungen getrennt – was die Geräuschkulisse angeht, kann es unter Umständen etwas weniger privat wirken. Bei uns war’s aber angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - danke dafür!

Die Unterkunft war noch besser als erwartet, der Ausblick von der Terasse ist der Hammer!! Marios ist ein toller Gastgeber, der auf all unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen ist und stets schnell geantwortet hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in seiner Untekunft gefühlt und würden uns immer wieder dafür entscheiden!

Se cercate un posto tranquillo, circondato da ulivi, animali e host amichevoli questo fa sicuramente per voi.Ottima posizione per visitare Sithonia!La cucina è super attrezzata e nuova, non mancava veramente nulla.

Η κυρία Μαρία είναι απλά υπέροχη, απαντάει σε ότι κ να την ρωτήσεις, κατατοπιστικη, σε οδηγίες κ λοιπά, με εξυπηρέτησε σε πολλά θέματα όπως άφιξη αναχώρηση, είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα,σπανιζουν τετοιοι ανθρωποι!!Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο βγάζει ζεστασιά σαν το σπιτι σου ,με όλα τα απαραίτητα, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. το σπίτι είναι κοντά σε όλα,θάλασσα,κέντρο, μίνι μάρκετ από κάτω σούπερ μάρκετ πιο εκεί,όλα είναι τριγύρω σου .αξίζει να έρθετε, εμείς πάντως θα ξαναέρθουμε!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—just 50 meters from the sea in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment itself is spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms, two lovely terraces, and a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen. It easily accommodates up to six people. Everything you could possibly need for everyday life is provided—plenty of dishes, cooking essentials, spices, and even air conditioning in every room. There’s also a washing machine, making it feel like a true home away from home. Dimitris's hospitality was exceptional. He stocked the fridge with water, juice, wine, and even surprised us with a bottle of homemade ouzo as a gift! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Wir - eine Familie mit 2 Kindern - haben die letzte Oktoberwoche dort verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sie liegt im obersten 2. Stock mit bisschen Blick aufs Meer. Morgensonne. Die Gegend ist voll mit Appartementhäusern, da ist im Sommer sicherlich viel los. Das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe und man ist sofort am Strand. Bei uns war es eher wie in einer Geisterstadt, da die Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars bereits geschlossen waren. Dafür hatten wir den Strand fast für uns alleine. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Stets zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen hatte oder etwas brauchte!

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!

New, excellent apartment. Everything was perfect, clean and exactly as described. We are extremely satisfied and will gladly stay there again.

This apartment is a wonderful place to stay in the countryside but with easy access to both coasts. The terrace is large and great for having your meals, coffee or an evening drink. The village has coffee bars and a bakers and a short distance away is a Lidl!! The bed is comfortable, it is very clean and bright and Dafina is a brilliant host. She enabled us an early check in and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to visit the area.

.die Unterkunft war klar und modern und gut ausgestattet .zwei schöne Balkone .direkt an der Strandpromenade und am Strand .5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum super schönen Strand mit kostenlosen Liegen und cooler Bar Porto .10 Minuten zu Fuß in die süße Minialtstadt
