Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nikiti

Great location, close to everything. 3 min from the beach, 3 min from a bakery and 3 min from a supermarket. Best restaurants are accessible on foot. The place is very clean and the terrace is a plus. Can fit 9 people, but I recommend 6 max, because there is only one bathroom. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we recommend the place

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

The accommodation is spacious, we were able to stay as 8, 4 adults and 4 children, it is close to Niki beach (5 minutes' walk) and not far from a lot of the beautiful beaches in the area, the apartment was clean and the hosts very welcoming, we warned them that we might arrive a little early and they made sure to allow us to pick up the keys quickly.

We had a great stay at Angelos and Ioanna's! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed – with homemade muffins, fresh olives and a delicious olive oil from our own production. This loving gesture made us feel welcome right away. The place was absolutely clean, cozy and the beds incredibly comfortable – we slept wonderfully. Another plus: There is parking right outside the door, which made the stay particularly relaxing. The view was simply fantastic – a place to feel good and relax. One of our favourite rentals ever. A lovely peaceful atmosphere - the garden and balcony are both wonderful places to sit. Very comfortable bed. The walk down into town is easy and the house is only a couple of minutes from a village square with a restaurant and bar. Evangelos and Katrina left us honey that they they had made themselves and it was the best we had ever tasted! We went in early April so things were just starting to open up - great weather and plenty of empty beaches with swimmable sea.

We couldn’t have been any happier! The apartment is very spacious for two people, comfy, well equipped and really clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Zacharias even left some food in the fridge for us, which saved our first evening. In general Zacharias was a great and friendly host. He was always easy to reach, gave us some recommendations for the area and even let us stay longer on the day of our check-out as our flights didn’t leave until the evening. Highly recommended!

Lina was a delightful host, she greeted us with a friendly welcome and showed us around her Airbnb. The Airbnb has everything you need for a stay in Nikiti. It is a short 10 minute walk to the centre of town and the beach. Lina is always on hand via text or saying hello from her balcony above to assist with any questions. Lina was most accommodating doing our laundry for us as the washing machine listed was broken. A peaceful stay, highly recommended to people who want to enjoy a slower paced holiday. As the final guests of the season Lina kindly allowed us to check out later affording us one last trip to the beach before our late night flight. Thank you Lina and your son!

An ideal place to relax! The apartment fully corresponds to the photos. Very comfortable bed, quiet at night and during the day, clean! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking! Hosts are friendly and always in touch. We had problems with the car and turned to Constantinus for help in finding a service and everything was successfully resolved! We definitely recommend visiting this place!

Good location of the apartment. Close to the sea, restaurants, bakeries and all the local activities. The apartment is spacious, the apartment was not hot. One air conditioner is enough for all three rooms. Communication with the owner of the apartment went great.

Eleni and her son are great hosts, very attentive and responsive! They were a pleasure to communicate with and were very helpful in recommending interesting places to eat and beautiful beaches in the surrounding area. The house with the beautiful garden is a true idyll. We enjoyed our vacation in peace and comfort and had everything we needed. On my next trip to Vourvourou, I will definitely stay there again. We thank them for everything!

Our stay at this incredible location was exceptional. The meticulous attention to detail in the suite's design, lighting, and overall ambiance made for an unforgettable experience. The superhosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment, offering invaluable suggestions for the best beaches, local cuisine, and picturesque sights. The atmosphere they created was delightful, and the room was impeccably clean every day. We particularly loved the added perk of being able to rent a boat, complete with a cooler bag to keep our refreshments cold throughout the day. This thoughtful touch allowed us to fully enjoy the stunning Diaporos island. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 8 nights and I could have stayed longer. Waking up and having breakfast on the front porch with such a beautiful view was great. The beach and the water were spectacular, and pretty much all to ourselves, so we felt no need to visit other beaches. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts Ioannis and Gianna are such nice people, they greeted us with a freshly baked tiropita and a whole bunch of fruits. They provided clear instructions and were available for anything we needed. There were lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach for our use, and right next door is a small beach bar that I would get my daily Greek frappe from. I would definitely come back here.

Hara made us feel so welcome. She left us gifts and greeted us when she arrived with homemade food. Her apartment is very comfortable and we felt right at home. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend staying here. Great hospitality and super friendly people. Two minutes from the apartment are two great restaurants. Food is fantastic and the service is excellent. With a car you are in a great location to explore the first and second peninsulas. Highly recommend staying here.

Very friendly host family. Property as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well maintained pool. The kitchen is excellently equipped. You just have to cross the street and can swim directly in the sea. You need a car for shopping or restaurant visits. Covered parking on the premises.

We spent a magnificent holiday in Argiri's accommodation until the end of September2024. With weather luck still late summer🏖️☀️☀️ Located right on the sea, the property is directly connected to the beach by a staircase. With quiet sea, the nearby coves can be explored with the 2-person kayak😃. It is a central base for exploring the Halkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments away from mass tourism. About 15 min. from Nikiti.

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at this seaside house. The location is perfect, just steps from the water, and the view is stunning. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!
