The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Continental breakfast provided for first 2nights of your stay. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. quiet cul-de-sac, at the heart of Paraparaumu. a few minutes away from SH1, train station, mall, beaches and airport. double bed, double glazed, heatpump, tv with freeview, netflix, fridge, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, iron, Wifi, linen, duvet, coffee, tea. Plenty of parking for cars, even for medium-size bus, truck or boat. We don't live on the property, but we are only minutes away.

Raumati studio unit

Less than 500 metres to the beach and Raumati village, the studio unit fits 2 people comfortably but can sleep up to 3. A five minute stroll to several cafes and eatery's. Fully self contained with small bathroom and kitchenette. Approximately 40 minutes to Wellington city. You will be welcomed by our friendly and enthusiastic dog who lives in the contained back yard of our place.
