Vacation rentals with beach access in Nieul-sur-Mer

Well-equipped, cozy and quiet accommodation while still being close enough to the center of La Rochelle. Ophélie is very welcoming. We recommend it.

Very pleasant stay in a well-located apartment in La Rochelle, clean and tastefully decorated.

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

Great location, great communication and lots of information provided. The apartment was fab, very spacious and nice decor, had everything we needed and more for our 3 night stay including a great terrace!

Very happy stay. The accommodation is impeccable, the location of the apartment is perfect and the explanations received to access the city center on foot or bike are very appreciable. Option to park the vehicle in the reserved courtyard but limited space. Lots of parking options nearby.

We had such a lovely stay, the place had so many little perks and was squeaky clean. We loved the terrace space and it seems so much thought was put into it (TV, fulled ice cube trays, extra throw blanket, etc). We already miss it! Thanks so much to our hosts.

The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the beach of La Concurrence. The place is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the Port des Minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station.

We had a great time! The host was absolutely perfect: he picked us up at the train station, which made our lives a lot easier. A big thank you also for allowing us to leave our luggage a little longer before leaving, it was really very convenient. The accommodation is in a very good location and allowed us to do everything on foot. Only one small downside: the bedding could be a little more comfortable. But other than that, everything was really great! We would highly recommend this place and host. :)

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely a 2-minute walk and shops are also a 5-minute walk. Great place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality equipment. I would highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at Magalie and Jean's house. The house is beautiful and well appointed, the beds are quality. Walking distance to the center. It was a real plus to be greeted in person, to receive advice for excursions and even the dog was given a little attention upon arrival. We highly recommend this accommodation, the private garden with plancha is perfect for feeling on vacation.

A perfect stay! The place was spotless, with impeccable hygiene. Everything is designed for comfort: many quality amenities, tasteful and very tasteful decor that creates a warm atmosphere. The exterior is simply beautiful, with a very well maintained swimming pool, ideal for relaxing. The welcome manual is clear, complete and very useful. An address to recommend without a second thought, we'll be back with pleasure.

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

We had a great time at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I would recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

Comfortable and very well located accommodation, 20 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle along the sea and 8 minutes from Port Neuf. Adapted and quality amenities Everything is provided. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

Had a great time at Arnaud's apartment. Very well hosted by Fadia. The location is perfect for going to La Rochelle in 10 minutes on foot by the sea.

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's apartment. Tastefully decorated, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches and equipment. Great location, we were able to do anything on foot. Living during the day but quiet at night. Not insignificant little more: private parking in a city where all spaces are paid. I recommend it. Looking forward to coming back to this little cocoon.
