Off-grid, solared powerd, sustainable, stylish home that has natural light pouring in through large double volume windows. Ideal for families and business colleagues. Our house is not suitable for parties. Upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony and a second bedroom, both en-suite. Downstairs is a double bedroom and converted study with single beds. The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.

Spacious Garden Cottage that can accommodate up to 3 people. The cottage has an en- suite bathroom, which has a shower. It overlooks our beautiful, peaceful garden where numerous birds can be seen visiting our feeders. We have backup power for when there is load shedding. The cottage has wifi and a TV that has Netflix and DSTV. We are 4 km from Sandton City and 3,5km from Rosebank Mall. Secure road with boomed security. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen dining area open plan, with an open plan lounge and work from home office on the middle floor. There is an eco pool which filters the water naturally through the plants around the pool, and an outdoor patio and small garden. The garage safely parks 2 cars or 3 smaller cars. Walking distance to 4th avenue, and a real gem in the neighbourhood. We can’t wait to host you!
