Relax in the design refuge "Ostera"

The guest house with the vacation lofts "Ostera" and "Westera" is located on the rural property Sonnenhügel. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love of clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain eye for special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

Unser kleines Ferienhaus (50 qm2) haben wir 2022 grundlegend saniert. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

The small and cozy vacation home is located in a small, quiet village very close to the Baltic Sea coast (10 km to the Baltic Sea beach). The house is equipped with the following: - Double bed in the bedroom - Sofa bed for one person in the living room - Kitchen -Wifi - Bathroom with shower/toilet - Private outdoor area with barbecue facilities (grill available) + communal garden - Free public parking about 100 meters away - Towels/linens included No pets.

Vacation in the countryside

If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

The house "Feldrain" is part of a small ensemble of 4 wooden vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

Kägsdorf beach 2

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days. 50m² Holiday Cottage for 1-4 People Near the Beach, with a Sunny Garden and Terrace. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable fold-out double bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a dining table, sofa, and large Smart TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower. This small, cozy holiday home is a quiet retreat in the middle of the small farmhouse for 2 - 5 people: On 40 square meters over two floors, the living room and bedroom, a small country house kitchen and a shower room extend over two floors. The terrace surrounds the house facing southwest, overlooking the paddock and the forest.
