Über die Treppe gelangt man in das Obergeschoss mit herrlicher Aussicht in die Natur. Ebenso befinden sich dort die beiden Schlafzimmer, sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Objekt ist im März 2014 fertig gestellt worden und präsentiert sich somit als Neubau. Das Badezimmer ist 2020 komplett neu saniert worden.
