The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. The house is located on the market square just 150 m from the Rhine beach. There are 3 restaurants, 5 snack shops and a supermarket within easy reach. Bonn and Cologne can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The Rhine cycle path runs in the immediate vicinity as well as a bus line towards Cologne and Bonn.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

A detached cottage on 2 floors for up to 4 people awaits you. This includes a small, fenced outdoor area. The location is perfect for excursions into nature or visiting celebrations in the nearby Clostermannshof. Rental bicycles for local transport are right outside the door. A bus stop is within walking distance, from which the bus goes to the Spich S-Bahn stop. In the village square behind the house you can park for free.

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop, which I have converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venusberg. Shops for everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train station is 11 minutes to the train station. The house of history is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1,9 km away. The open plan "shed" has a private entrance.
