From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping spaces. The modern 45 sqm apartment for 2-4 people with parking is located in Lembach/upper Mühlviertel, Upper Austria with proximity to the border to Germany (about 40km) between Passau and Linz. The nice, clean apartment with parking is located in the center of the small market Lembach in the upper Mühlviertel. Department stores, bakeries, restaurants, … and doctors are easily accessible. Up to two people are offered a double bedroom and a modern, well-equipped small kitchen.

Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.
