The nice, clean apartment with parking is located in the center of the small market town of Lembach in the Mühlkreis. Easy access to department stores, bakeries, restaurants, etc., and a doctor. Inside the apartment, there is a double bedroom and a combined kitchen and living room. The couch can also be converted into a sleeping area.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.
