Quartier tranquille à 10 min à pied de la gare et des rues commerçantes. Bus à deux pas et parking zone bleue devant la maison. Pour 3/4 personnes. Lit + canapé-lit + lit d'appoint sur demande.

Cet appartement plain-pied de 100 m2 se situe à Nidau. Il est au calme, proche du centre : à 1200m de la gare de Bienne. Vous pourrez profiter d’un balcon, d’un grand jardin, avec table, grill, canapé. A 100m, vous pouvez vous baigner dans l’Aare et sortir en paddle (disponible sur demande). À 400m, vous accédez au lac et à la piscine ainsi qu'à toute autre commodité (commerces, bus). Il y a deux appartements dans la maison. Les hôtes sont sur place et disponibles pour toute question.

Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. Close to the center, yet very quiet. There is a church nearby, but you can't hear anything from inside. It stops ringing at midnight. Around this rustic accommodation, lots of adventures await you. Lake Biel is only a 10-minute walk away. Biel and its surroundings invite you to many sports activities. In Nidau you have everything nearby - shopping, bakery, cheese shop, restaurants, bars, yoga. In addition, you can always relax while walking around the Zihl Canal. If you need to go somewhere, a bus station is 2 minutes away and the train station is 10 minutes away!

It offers a lovely view of the fields and nature. A place with private barbecue is available in the summer. The village is 10 km from Biel and Granges, it is served a few times a day by a bus. Unfortunately, there is no store in the village.
