The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. There is No Kitchen. Campus Vue was previously owned by the family of a Mav football player and was lovingly renovated by them. There are lots of good Maverick vibes in this home. Nice 2 bedroom/1 bathroom duplex locally close to MSU and downtown Mankato with lots of restaurants and parks close by. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has full sized bunk beds. Dining room table for 4 and a bar that sits 2. Patio to the side of the duplex with chairs located in the garage to relaxing in the evenings.

Five stars isn’t enough for this place. We loved our stay at Janelle’s house. She was so responsive to all of our messages (both prior to and during our stay) providing us with helpful information for our arrival/checkin and stay. The house is beautiful. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. It is clean, comfortable and well stocked for all of your needs. There are so many cozy spots to curl up and read, and a huge kitchen with everything you need. The location couldn’t be better, just a few minutes walk from the center of town and lots of shops, bars and restaurants and a great new brewery. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and will definitely be going back!

We were in Mankato for a sports event and found this adorable home for lodging. We thought the house was clean, in a fabulous neighborhood with a great fenced backyard. Where we didn’t use the entire house as it was just two of us, another couple or us with our two kids would have been very comfortable here. Where there is an elementary school across the road, you will hear the kids playing, and hearing their laughter just puts a smile on one’s face. One evening there was a T-ball game going on across the road and what entertainment is a T-ball game to watch! The vibe of the neighborhood is welcoming and feels very safe. I would fully recommend Karen’s listing to friends!
