We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Really enjoy my time at Veque Villa. Everything went well from the time to check in until check out. The place is exactly similar with the photos and description. The wifi is super fast, perfect for anyone who wants to work. Location is also quiet and walkable to old quarter. I have my favorite coffee shop just next door. The most memorable part is about the host. Ms. Huong is super helpful, proactive and friendly with her big smiles! She always make sure that I have everything I need during my stay. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. Veque Maison is an excellent choice for Hanoi, central to the Old Quarter but just far enough away you don't deal with the same volume of traffic, pedestrians, and excessive noise. It's within walking distance to many of Hanoi's top attractions and has every type of food, clothing, electronic, and service/product offering imaginable. Lan the housekeeper should have her name engraved over the door, this place wouldn't run half as well without her. The owners were very prompt and helpful with recommendations, local info, help with SIM, transport, and anything else you can think of as well. If I could give it 10 stars I would, but 5 would be for Lan

This place is located directly in the middle of the Old Quarters, and where most travelers stay at the hostels or small hotels, this home is definitely the right choice. The photos accurately represent how it looks like but it felt a lot more homely when staying there. Everything is clean and you won’t have any trouble with any amenities here. Early in the morning we could walk right out into the stores that were opening for the day and go out for a day of activities then come back at night. At night everything is bustling and you will find a lot of things to do, more so than you have time for. We only wish we had stayed longer. Quynh is very responsive and friendly. You won’t find any trouble asking questions or getting recommendations. I highly recommend staying here compared to any other place.

This was the most memorable Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Hanoi! I’ve tried many places, but the host here was by far the best — so kind, helpful, and attentive. The location was perfect, right above a mall and close to everything I needed. Even if the place wasn’t perfect, the amazing host and convenience made it a fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Large cozy apartment with kitchen, living room, bed room, bathroom with bathtub + hot water. The house is beautiful and is in dead-end alley so there's not a lot of traffic. Pretty quiet apart from a few roosters living in the street. There's a small coffee shop and a Circle K not far away. Unfortunately, we were both sick while we were there and the weather was very cold and grey. So we didn't go out much and used the heater and bathtub to keep warm. The host was very kind and allowed us to stay longer in the flat after check-out because we had a flight in the evening. We really appreciated that. Thank you!

We loved our stay here! It was so great we ended up extending!! Super clean and comfortable, love the layout of the space. The housekeeping lady is absolutely lovely, so friendly and sweet. Good location - super walkable to some nice cafes and beautiful restaurants. But also quiet and tucked away from the chaos. We highly recommend Nam’s place! (Check out the Japanese restaurant downstairs beside the entry, you won’t be disappointed!)

The place itself was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. What really stood out was the level of service—everything was thoughtfully prepared, and communication with the host was smooth and professional. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Lily’s apt is my preferred place to stay when I’m in Hanoi. The luxury apt has all the amenities of living at home. The apt is comfortable & the host we very helpful.

If you stay longer in Hà Nội very good place, very quite you can have good sleep and just take a grab when you want go to the city.

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

The apartment location in Tay Ho area is really good because you have lots of restaurants around, supermarkets…. The apartment was nice and clean. Linh (the host) was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay there.

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment beside West Lake in Hanoi. The view from the balcony was stunning—peaceful lake by day, sparkling cityscape by night. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is ideal, with cafés, restaurants, and local attractions just a short walk away. Very responsive host

Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 monatigen Vietnam Reise. So viel Platz!!! 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Balkon, Waschmaschine, Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist dass dort keine Touristen wohnen, sondern eher Einheimische und koreanische Expats. Direkt daneben ist ein Vincom Center. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Hanoi auf eine nicht touristische Weise erkunden will, weit von Touristenfallen. Excellent!
