It has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. Located on the edge of the city overlooking beautiful countryside but just 20 minutes from the centre via nearby bus stop. Free street parking outside or close by. No kitchen but microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & crockery provide for simple catering. There’s also WiFi and a smart TV. The Den adjoins the main house via a locked door. Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.

This studio is immaculate, calm and peaceful. It has been refurbished in the last two years. It is a private space within our house with its own entrance, bathroom and facilities for drinks and a microwave. It is on a main road but there is double glazing, blinds and blackout curtains.
