Lovely modern cottage situated in a very peaceful area with a stunning view. Hot tub was a fantastic addition - we had a great time! Host was very helpful & friendly.

Beautiful house! Every bit as good as it looks to be in the photos. Looking out through the main window in the lounge area we were able to watch the ships and boats sail past on the sea and looking through the other window at the back of the house we were able to watch the clouds and rain storm folding over the mountains. Then this morning while enjoying our coffee we to watched the rabits play in the field behind us. Such a magical place and so peaceful. We had such a lovely time and hope to be back soon. Francis was a great host, he has everything ready for us before we arrived. The place is gorgeous! The hot tub was the best part along with the private location. We couldn’t have asked for something better. We recommend it 100%

This is simply a delightful place to stay: peaceful, beautiful and with a rare spiritual dimension in that so much of Mike's personality, passions and enthusiasms infuse everything within and without. We felt totally at home and left feeling refreshed and restored in a way seldom experienced before. Indeed, we felt we were departing from a friend.

An excellent cottage and location for a family get-away. The cottage has a wonderful view and all of the comforts necessary for a restful break. For us, the hot-tub really made the place stand out.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. The hot tub was amazing and the surrounding countryside was gorgeous- special shoutout to the donkeys! Steph & Michael were wonderful hosts and super helpful. We had lovely trips to Tollymore Forest Park & Carlingford which were both easy to reach. All in all very highly recommended :)

This was just what we needed. It was complete peace and quiet with beautiful stars. My whole family felt refreshed and we all had a lovely time.

Paula is a genuine host who cares passionately about her cottage and her guests, and is very genuine when dealing with her guests.. We had a great stay at Jane's place while attending a wedding locally. The location is great, so quiet and restful - and everyone (but especially the crawling baby!) loved the big enclosed garden. The house is really well-equipped and Jane was super-helpful with advice and recommendations, and super-responsive in sorting out the couple of issues/any questions we had. having the beach so close was a real treat and the walk down it to the iconic Cable Bar was so scenic and enjoyable, especially with a pint of Guinness waiting at the other end. Great stay - would recommend.

This is one of the best places we have stayed! Danielle was very responsive and friendly, but once we were all checked in, we didnt need to ask any questions!. All instructions left were very clear and the place itself had everything you needed for a more than comfortable stay. Absolutely everything! The house was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Couldn't fault it. During our stay we visited the Silent Valley (Ben Crom Reservoir)which is only a few mins walk from the house and hiked up Slieve Binnan (6 min drive to our start point -Carrick Little carpark. We would all definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the Mournes and will book again in the future to attempt Donnard! A huge thank you to Danielle from all of us ! 🥰😁

So incredibly beautiful, miss the mountain and sea views from kitchen sink and front of house respectively already!! Wish we were back there, and will try get another weekend booked asap!! Thank you for everything provided, such high spec! And we were even blessed with a NI heatwave to sunbathe!!

Gillian’s place is a Lovely cosy house set in beautiful countryside, very quiet and private place it was ideal for our needs. We travelled to the Balmoral Show during our stay. We ate in local restaurants in Saintfield which were also very tasty with very pleasant staff We really enjoyed our stay Thank you Gillian

Beautiful house has everything you need. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. Cupboards had essentials for our arrival with some beautiful homemade brown bread and jam. House was spotless throughout. Beds were extremely comfortable. A great place to stay.

We have stayed in Coral Cottage before and it’s beautiful, clean, cosy and really is a home from home. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Everything about the Cottage is first-class. The view is very special and it’s such a peaceful location but also a great base for getting out and exploring. Everything was as described on the listing but Donna went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. (Even stocking the cupboards with the kids’ favourite cereal!) Would highly recommend.

Lovely long weekend stay in Joanna’s cottage - super cosy, beautiful surroundings. Lots of outdoor space for the kids to play, and great that it was dog friendly too. Joanna was a great host - clear communication & quick replies.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. 3 very comfortable double bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Just a short drive from nearest shops and great pubs/ restaurants in old hillsborough. Lots to see and do within short driving distance.

Perfect for our family at Easter. Lots of walks a very short distance away and not far from town centre. Lovely private, enclosed garden where our kids enjoyed an Easter egg hunt! Friendly and welcoming hosts, very clean accommodation with a helpful welcome pack. The cosy, beautiful setting very much made up for the damp weather. A little hidden gem in the Mournes, would not hesitate to book again.

Francis and Dorothy were the perfect hosts! we arrived very late in the evening on the day of our arrival and had everything we needed for a warm cup of tea and my girls were so tired they just climbed into the cosy bed and fell straight to sleep. We had a basket full of goodies for a fantastic first morning breakfast and together with the amazing views out of the window in the morning, it was the perfect start to our little break. Francis and Dorothy were very accommodating, letting us have a guest over when one of my daughters friends was visiting. They enjoyed the fairy garden immensely! The cottage was perfect!! Cosy, warm, clean and had everything you needed. Close shops nearby or you could go for a 20 minute drive and find yourself a big shopping center if that's what you were after. Dorothy gave us plenty of tips to keep the girls busy and some local beauty spots of interest. All in all, we will certainly be back! Thank you for the travel snack packs for when we left!!
