Come home for a rest in our oceanfront Newfoundland homestead located a stones throw from the harbours edge. The UNESCO Historical Viking Site and the Viking Norstead Port of Trade are just minutes away in Lanse Aux Meadows. Enjoy local food and maybe take a boat tour to view icebergs and whales if they are in the area. We welcome every person from every place to come make memories at our house. Unwind and enjoy a still summer morning as the sun rises and lights up the face of White Cape.

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.
