Great location for downtown St John’s, pretty much anything you’re looking for is within walking distance. Lovely heritage home that allowed our group to stay together one last day & night reminiscing about our East Coast Trail experiences.

This is the second time staying in this house. It is an amazing location, super clean, very spacious. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

It was our first time at St. John’s and David’s bnb was the perfect bnb for our group of five people. The place is better than the pictures and the house had everything for a long stay.

We loved being immersed in the culture of Saint Pierre and being able to walk to many local restaurants and shops. It was also nice to sample wine and charcuterie in the comfort of this home.

My stay with Erin was great! She is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. She made my start in St. Johns a lot easier with great tips and was very open. I immediately felt at home, the accommodation was very comfortable and in a perfect location. I would come back again and again!

Morris was extremely accommodating to any requests we had. The house is absolutely gorgeous. the location is very convenient to shops (loved getting morning croissants at the Postmasters Bakery around the corner) and to hiking at Signal Hill. Easy walk to the Rooms museum and Bannerman Park. We loved our time there and will definitely be back!

Our stay was great. The house exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Host had everything you could need there. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Kelly was very quick to respond to us. We never spoke in person but by text was fast and friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and extremely clean place you should book kelly's place.

Amazing Airbnb! Pristine, great location, such nice warm touches. Bethany was amazing - we had an issue with the bath tap and she was at the bnb within 20 minutes and had it fixed! 10/10!

Alex’s place was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. We like being right downtown and walking distance to our favourite places…Piatto’s, the Shamrock, Bagel Cafe, Signal Hill. The Mexican restaurant next door is a new favourite. The kitchen was nicely equipped and well laid out. The couch was comfy after a long day and we appreciated the blankets for relaxing. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Lots of games for rainy days. I couldn’t find the hairdryer and Heather was quick to assist. Also had to add an extra day to the reservation and Alex quickly approved. Parking was no problem. There was always space on Boggan or Henry. I would stay here again.

Hi Nyasha. Our stay was great, thank you! Here are some constructive comments to make your place even better. The door on the dishwasher needs to be fixed. It free falls instead of a controlled opening. The bedroom in the garage was a surprise. We didn’t use the bbq, but your instructions referred to putting on the cover for it. There wasn’t one. The tub and sink in the main bathroom upstairs need to be cleared out. They drained slowly. Paul

My husband and I and two friends stayed in Joanne's house on our first visit to St. John's, and I was absolutely perfect for us! Super easy to find and two generous parking spaces. The location is within easy distance of the highway and airport, and yet very easy walking to the harbour and in to all the restaurants and bars. The house is immaculate! The kitchen is very well stocked, the living room has lovely furniture and a great dining table for 4. The outside deck has comfortable furniture and I lovely to enjoy the trees and sun. Both bedrooms are identical and the beds very comfortable and the linens soft. She has lots of hooks and shelves which we find rare in Airbnbs. We didn't use the downstairs much, but was also beautifully decorated and the futon looked very comfortable to sleep on. We really appreciated that there was a second bathroom down there, which came in handy. We also used the washer and dryer which worked well, and she even supplied detergent. A perfect place!

Michelle’s home is absolutely beautiful and was such a comfortable visit. Everything was clean and tidy, the house is very well-stocked, and we had everything we needed to feel right at home- not to mention the beautiful decor! The home is located in a great part of town, so we had quiet and peaceful stay. Michelle was so helpful with her instructions and even had everything labelled for our convenience. She’s very responsive to any messages and ready to help with anything needed during your stay. Thank you so much, Michelle, for your hospitality.
