Recently refurbished, two bedroom self-contained house, with private off road parking. Situated close to Dundee city centre, fantastic base to explore Dundee and the surrounding areas, with excellent transportation links. The fantastic newly opened V&A Museum and Dundee Waterfront is only a few minutes drive. Close to lovely fishing village of Broughty Ferry, with its beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants. Golfers would be delighted with both St Andrews and Carnoustie a short drive away.

Less than 5 mins from River Tay waterfront, nice walks, pubs, restaurants, beach, castle and other tourist attractions. Dundee 9 min drive or 15 mins on the bus (stop 3 mins walk from door). At this unique and tranquil getaway, we suggest you try leaving your phone turned off during your visit so you can fully appreciate tranquility in the woods. Enjoy the slow life, destress and go for country walks and look out for Deer, Buzzards, Horses and Sheep. Wake to the wonderful sound of birds chirping away. The cottage is small and cozy with a wood burner. 1 toilet and shower. 2 double-bed bedrooms upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase. We also have good WiFi.
