The Studio is a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre but in a quiet leafy area and is only a five minute walk from Wollaton Park. Private off road parking is provided for guests right next to the studio entrance.

Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to a riverside pub. A completely private flat with two bedrooms, one very large double with seating area and one small twin, both with TVs. There is a large waterfall shower room, kitchenette, utility area, private entrance with parking for two cars and your own courtyard.

Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.
