Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Newark

This was such a nice stay. It was a great stay because the space was more than enough to accommodate my wife and I along with our daughter, as well as my mother in law and sister in law. It was close to grocery shopping so we were able to cook for ourselves. Plus the train to take us to New York wa literally a half block away! This is where we:lol stay ANYTIME we come to the NYC area.

Mark is a great host. Very responsive and proactive in checking in to see how things are going and if there’s anything you need. The space is very cool—historic and decorated accordingly. Although an older house, kept very clean and in working order which is more than I can say for a lot of the more moderns places nowadays where we’ve stayed. The location is a bit tucked away affording you some nice privacy. Would definitely recommend and great for families as well.

The entire process with booking to leaving went very smoothly. Quick response whenever we had questions. The place was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of space for 8 people. Everything was very clean. Highly recommend booking this place.

It is quite a drive from NYC because of traffic, but the house is big and the neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe! The house is beautiful and clean and very accommodating!

I stayed here with my girlfriends as a college roommate reunion. It was the perfect place for us to hang out and to have as a landing spot for doing lots in the city and wanting to have a small town to walk around in. We took ubers multiple times from the place, and there were no issues with drivers being able to locate it. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone. Plus, Cody was an excellent host; always responsive and friendly!

Mary Jeans home was beautiful. Convenient location for what we needed for the weekend. Mary Jean was an extremely responsive and helpful host. She went above and beyond to help accommodate us. We very much enjoyed our stay at Shante’s home! We used to live in the area and had returned for a family event. The house was easily accessible and exactly as described. The fun basement set up left no shortage of places to hang out, and the 5 bedrooms let us stretch out. We were able to do laundry, play games and spend LOTS of time in the excellent back yard! Not only did Shante have kid and baby gear for us (kids are 7, 4 and 1), but a wonderful Canterbury park was just a 5 minute walk away!! We spent hours in the yard and at the park! We had every item we needed in the house, and enjoyed visiting our old neighborhood!! Shante was great to work with and extremely responsive, we will definitely be back again soon!!

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

We felt very comfortable in Cecia's apartment. The apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Communication was quick and friendly and we got a lot of valuable tips from her and her husband. From JFK Airport it was about 2 hours by public transport to the apartment. To get to Manhattan, there are several bus lines, the stops are 2 to 10 minutes away. Near the apartment, there are also many restaurants and bakeries, as well as supermarkets. Thanks for the wonderful stay. :-)

Place was wonderful, it’s up on the 3rd floor so pack light as it a tight space to get up too. The views are amazing, very clean and nice place and Valerie is super responsive and accommodating!!!

Jacquelyn and Bart were extremely communicative hosts, and made us feel right at home. The space was perfect for my friend and I, and within walking distance to many restaurants, the waterfront, and public transportation. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

Bryan was extremely flexible with our check-in time and was very helpful with navigating the parking situation! Would definitely recommend this spot, he’s an awesome host!

Sergia was a great host! I really appreciated the local tips and the little extra touches, like having croissants for breakfast, which was super helpful since I arrived late and didn’t get a chance to grab groceries. It was really easy to communicate with her, both in person and over messages. Overall, a great spot to stay while I was in town for work!

Beautiful lower level apartment in a brownstone. Nice modern decor. Bed is super soft and comfortable. Very clean. Kelly was very responsive and friendly. We were 2 people and very comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants. Thank you Kelly for a lovely stay.
