House vacation rentals in Newark

Overall the place was exactly what we needed for our stay. Enough room to comfortably fit my party and we were able to control the climate. Excellent location for a NYC or Jersey City trip. All rooms had TVs with access to Netflix.

Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

Amazing place to stay, my family and I were comfortable and whatever we needed Peter was able to accommodate. Will definitely stay here again!

This house is clean and maintained well. It met the needs for our family of 5. My mom who has high standards and doesn’t stay in too many Airbnbs loved this house. One room upstairs is locked but not listed on the listing so we didn’t expect a 4th bedroom. No bedroom has a bathroom inside of it, but there is a full bathroom on each floor. Bill was very responsive and a great host. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

great place!! very comfortable and clean. the location is great to visit Manhattan. I was able to park my car there and take a 20min bus to the city without any issues. I definitely will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle's place. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 10-minute walk to Penn Station, making it super easy to reach New York City in under 30 minutes. Getting into the accommodation was hassle-free thanks to the digital lock. The home is spacious and exactly as shown in the listing photos. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The dining area was one of our favorite spots—perfect for enjoying a peaceful breakfast with a lovely morning ambiance. We had visited the near by supermarket and grill house at the corner and it was very convenient Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we're visiting New York.

Amina is a fantastic host—very responsive and on top of everything. We’re a family of four, and the space worked really well for us. We were attending a tournament at American Dream, and the location was a great balance between convenience, amenities, distance and price. By far the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The welcome kit was definitely the best I’ve ever received—thoughtful and fully stocked. Some hosts cut corners, but Amina went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (and more). Every detail felt well thought out. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Newark.

We have stayed at other Airbnb in New Jersey and Danny’s place has been priced just right. The location was very peaceful and had almost everything close by like Walmart, target, dollar tree etc. We were glad to have dedicated parking. The kitchen was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any noise from the tenant upstairs as described by other guests that stayed here previously. The pantry was decently stocked for essentials such as spices, sugars, seasonings etc. There is also a nice laundry in the basement with detergent supplied by the host.

The house was super clean, everything was so usefull for us, they even had platos, glass, all you need for cook in the kitchen, i strongly recommend this place for stay, long or a few days, the beds was comfortables, the space, the pool garden, the grill place, all, i'm so gratefull with them, we really enjoy to be there. Thanks Jamillah for being so kind with us, we really apareciste it.

Our family and I had a wonderful stay. The home was in a great location, and there was good parking available on the driveway.

Overall the house is a lot bigger than what it seems in pictures. The check-in was effortless and easy, the host responds very quick to any messages .The pool is huge and refreshing . Please note there is cameras in the entrance of the home which is normal but there are also more cameras in the back yard and host can view the whole yard because the cameras do move . There is a personal car as well in the back yard that belongs to the host . Please be aware there are no Pots/Pans. In conclusion my family loved it , we were comfortable , I would stay there again and recommend this airbnb.

The hosts were amazing. We booked at the very last minute. They accommodated with the time and they were very understanding. The place was clean and spacious.

Vanessa's home was perfect for what we needed on our trip. It was cozy, spacious and my family was able to gather around the dinning room table to do a puzzle. Vanessa was very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We look forward to returning in the future!

The place was great. It was much bigger than I thought it would be. It is a very large space for a one-bedroom. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Judee’s place provided a great place for our multigenerational family to stay while in town for a graduation. The place was well laid out and gave us all enough space to spread out. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Judee is very responsive and got back to us very quickly and takes great care and concern in her property. The only down side is parking more than one car was difficult. Just plan to have one and you’ll be all set. Definitely recommend!

We were there to celebrate family bdays and a graduate. All of our adult kids and a couple spouses were there. Loved the neighborhood, the deer and looking at houses. Beds were super comfy, sheets and towels were lovely. So much space. Even with 10 of us, easy to find quiet spaces. Kitchen is awesome, every dish and glass you would ever need. Spent time in the yard and on the deck. We all LOVED the space.

Genia's Airbnb was great. A nice small spot near to NY. Easily accessible for public transportation, place was clean, small and intimate. I felt safe and would highly recommend anyone to stay here

Looks exactly like the pictures!!! super cozy and comfortable for sure! Jodian was very very generous and hospitable to my friends and I, and very responsive. Its near lots of restaurants and was only a short drive to so many others. Would definitely recommend staying here!! We would come back for sure!

The place was very cozy and homey. It was renovated very recently, so everything felt new. The living room and kitchen were spacious and well equipped. It was evident that Karla the host thought about all the small details to make this a great stay. The house is a walkable distance from bus routes to NYC. Karla is super responsive and addressed all the questions we had quickly and efficiently!

Rich & Kim were very responsive and place was exactly as described. I always travel with my family and we love to have our reliable transportation (own car). If only the location allowed for reliable or allocated parking, definitely it would all check out 120/100 but of course, i would still recommend this place.

This Airbnb was in pristine cleanliness condition and very comfortable beds! The only con I have is we thought we would be in West Orange but the location was actually in Newark on a very low income looking street. The house itself is wonderful but we did not feel safe, walking around the area.
