Apartment vacation rentals in Newark

I actually didn't get a chance to stay at this lovely apartment . family issues forced me to not be able to go . it was too late to cancel with Air bnb. the host and I will work setting out the next time I decide to stay. the host was very responsive

The stay was absolutely perfect for me. I had no problems at all during check-in and during my stay. The location is in an area where anything you might need for a trip is a walk away, so perfectly as described. Almost made me feel like I moved to Jersey lol. The rooms were clean, there was some chocolate and chips provided, even a toothbrush and toothpaste which was very thoughtful. Overall 10/10. No complaints. I’ve promised myself the next time I visit, it has to be this place.

Julias place is modern, nothing fancy but sufficient, good layout with several individual rooms, good bathroom, and enough space. Julia was super friendly and responded promptly. The area is mostly quiet and there is a lot of parking space, however, the house itself has seen better days and in the general neighborhood there are multiple houses that are equally unwelcoming. NYC is pretty far, it took us over 1 hour each way.

Very responsive and nice. Place was very clean and she put out the air mattress without us even having to ask! Would recommend staying here to someone else.

My partner and I stayed here for a quick staycation, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed to unwind without going too far from the city. It felt like a little retreat right in our own backyard. Communication with the hosts was great — they were responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated their attentiveness and how easy they made everything from check-in to check-out. We actually loved it so much, we already booked our next staycation! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, well-hosted space close to home.

We loved our stay at Odete's apartment. It was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Odete was lovely to deal with and reached out to us to see if everything was going well for us. The apartment is in a great location, with good transportation to NYC. There are some fantastic restaurants and a large grocery store within walking distance. I would highly recommend Odete's apartment and we really hope to stay there again some day x

Our stay at Ryan’s place was fantastic! Everything was exactly as described, clean and tidy, and ready to go for when we arrived. Ryan was very responsive and willing to accommodate all our needs. We felt comfortable contacting him for all of our needs and found him genuinely welcoming and helpful! The place was conveniently located with easy access to transit, and less than a 45-minute journey door-to-door to Times Square. We had no issues reaching Newark Penn Station just a short drive away, as well as supermarkets, liquor stores and bodegas within walking distance. We would highly recommend Ryan’s place to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home just outside of NYC!

Leah’s place was so great and she was so nice everything was amazing, I actually cannot wait to come back. Only downside is upstairs gets a little noisy but it doesn’t really matter considering everything else that was so great. She was so so nice and responsive.

The place was very clean and tidy, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The host was super friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing. I definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

the inside was wonderful! very clean, very good instructions when going in, felt safe! There was everything you could think of when staying here, everything you may have forgotten you will find ! Elma was very helpful when suggesting things for us to do and very helpful when asking questions! the parking situation was a bit of a challenge but you get used to it after a while ! thanks for the beautiful place Elma !

Staying here was wonderful, the place was clean in every area; living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen. They had utensils & pots for use. The check in was easy, very easy to navigate. Area was nice as well I felt comfortable, close to some stores. I would say plan ahead for parking, other than that the stay was wonderful! Would definitely book again.

One of the biggest advantages of Max's apartment was that it is about 15 minute walking distance from Newark Penn Station. For our commute to NYC, we took PATH. The place was exactly like it was in the picture. There are a few shops nearby. Though we commuted by public transport, I saw a huge Pay & Park just few blocks away from the apartment. All facilities including coffee maker, rice cooker was there in the kitchen. The check-in process was smooth due to clear instructions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Max's place and would surely recommend.

It was a great place to stay, very clean and spacious, a lot of activities to do around there and a quiet neighborhood.

Exactly what I needed! North Elizabeth station is walkable so it was easy to get around. I used the home gym in the garage which was really easy to access and had a good range of equipment. Jonniel was quick to respond and thorough.
