Vacation rentals with lake access in New South Wales

A group of 8 of us stayed at Ken’s place over the long weekend and loved everything about our stay! The house is huge and roomy with the communal spaces large enough for us to all spend time together! We loved the outdoor entertainment areas as well! There was everything we needed in the kitchen which made it so easy to entertain our group! Ken was kind and helpful, and easy to communicate with! Overall we loved our stay and hope to return soon! A beautiful place with a beautiful view and surroundings, right on the edge of the lake. Josie was an excellent host throughout our stay with great communication, tips. We’ll be back.

Great location and great fireplace and pit, close to Beechworth, an interesting bathroom design a little chilly bit i admired the architecture and if you like minimalist space this is great ], great host help us oldies with the oven an accommodating on the firewood, true representation in the pictures, a beautiful weekend

I highly recommend this property as it was stunning. My husband and I went away for two nights for a wedding and from the moment we walked into the door we felt so calm and both in awe at how beautiful the property was. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and I think it’s one of our favourite spots we have stayed to date. The outside bath was our favourite along with the fireplace to help us relax. The host was great and check in was super easy. We could not fault one thing and we cannot to book again for a weekend reset. The perfect location for anyone wanting to slow down. We stayed as a couple but this place would be amazing to go with two other couples, a family or friends! Location was also great and walking distance into town.

This was such a lovely beach home, the kind you dream of! It was wonderful having views of the water from every corner of the home. Everything in the home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. We tried kayaking and fishing and enjoyed it very much. The boys enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and the husband prepared a simple bbq on the patio. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be recommending friends over!

We had an amazing time at this property! From the moment we booked, Sandy was outstanding—super communicative, incredibly flexible, and genuinely accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, even hanging up a birthday sign for my father-in-law, which was such a thoughtful touch! The house itself was perfect for our family. The kids were thrilled with the games room—it kept them entertained for hours. We also loved having separate living areas for some quiet time, as well as a spacious communal area where we could all come together and relax. It’s clear Sandy pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and heartwarming getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Caitlin’s. The deck area is huge, with the view looking out to the fields just magical in the afternoon. Plenty of room inside, with a big table and couches and a kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much for hosting us.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The resort facilities were a huge hit with the kids, they couldn't get enough of the kayaking and the play areas. The apartment itself was perfect; it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The kids particularly loved the loft sleeping area, it added a special touch of excitement to their stay. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and hassle-free getaway!

Had a great time visiting Jervis bay. Staying here was an absolute blast! Tony was really helpful with anything we needed. The location was really on point, being close to a beach and only minutes away from shops and resturants. Would definitely come here again and recommend to people wanting a quick getaway for couples or small group. Big thanks to Tony!

Ocean breeze was a great spot in Windang, a very quick walk to the beach and the lake. The unit was very quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything required even without there being an in built stove. Both hosts were kind and welcoming, flexible on check in times and had great local suggestions. We would gladly stay again!

Little Cove is in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean and Fiona was very quick to respond to any questions. Only a 10-minute flat walk to town. Fiona's unit is exactly as shown in the photos. Would definitely stay again!

Had a lovely long weekend stay at Anthony home. Great location, easy check-in and check-out process. I loved the vibe of this place, cool, interesting decors. Loved sitting on the verandah having a cup of tea and watching the birds and hearing the ocean. Beds very comfy, beautiful, relaxing space and enjoyed your dog Coco and cat Hazel coming to check on us. Will definately tell my friends about your place, and am sure, when given the opportunity, we will be back.

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at, by far! Comfortable, thoughtful and and tastefully furnished with all the mod cons. Generously stocked with coffee, tea, condiments, items for a cooked breakfast, snacks and treats. Lynne's place definitely stands out, a home away from home. A well deseved A++ (from a tough marker 😀) .

We received such a warm welcome from Helen and Paul and they were so helpful. The place is pristine with lots of thoughtful touches to make it a great stay. Loved the gas fire, beautiful garden and outside space.

Our extended stay at "the Muddy" was excellent. Although Ean and Chris were on holiday during our stay, we were well taken care of by Matt and Alex. Matt was very friendly and responsive to anything we needed the entire time. The location was very private and just as expected from the pictures, and description with all amenities we could need. The kitchen was easy to prepare meals when not dining out, and sitting out front in the morning watching the birds was entertaining. I would definitely go back again sometime.

Sally's cottage was the perfect place for my partner and I to stay for the weekend. It had everything we needed and so much more! The space was spotless and had beautiful details throughout the room. It was clear that a lot of heart and care had gone into the space. It had lovely views over their property to wake up to and plenty of spots to enjoy it. On top of that Sally was a wonderful host! She checked in with us the day before with very clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed. She also baked us some lovely goodies and had stocked us up with fresh eggs and milk. The perfect host and a perfect stay! We highly recommend Mindaribba Cottage and would love to go back if we are back in the area.
