The unit is located one block from the Mississippi River. Walking distance to several restaurants and pubs. Iowa welcome center is in the Port of Burlington on the river just east of the unit.

There is ample parking in front of the house and we are across the street from Hy-Vee grocery. At the opposite end of the house in what was the original garage is my one chair salon called Headlines.
