We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

This park offers over 400 acres and 1655 acres of land to explore complete with a beach. Our State Park is one of the original canal feeder lakes with more than eight miles of hiking trails that follow a portion of the Miami-Erie Canal. Kayaking is a big hit at Lake Loramie also! I love staying here! I have stayed here several times before and I will continue to use this property when I am in town.

We needed a quiet gal’s weekend to sit by the water, kick our feet up, and relax for the extended weekend - this was the perfect spot. The house had everything as described and looked like the photos. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the grill, ate out on the patio, and saw soaring eagles fly over the house and lake several times. Everyone was friendly and James offered flexible check in and check out, even though we didn’t need it. Celina is a quaint place. We checked out Simply Holistic and would recommend. We’d stay here again.

Nicholas place was very clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for my stay, even great local restaurants.

This is our second time staying at Jason's place and we enjoyed our stay once again. The time we were presently surprised with new furniture and a different, more functional layout of the bedroom furniture. Kitchen is well stocked, private backyard (with fire pit) and clean. Neighborhood is nice and safe, easy access to all of Lima and UNOH. Best of all, we are able to bring our dog. For the price and such an amazing, communicative host; this property cannot be beat. We will definitely be back again the next time we are in Lima. Thanks Jason!!

Ben is a top-notch host, and this property is a very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing place to rest, hang out, and enjoy the space. There's lots of places to gather, and plenty of space to get quiet. Our crew spent a lot of time working and coming back to the house to recover each day, and this was a perfect set up for our group of 7-9 adults. Ben made our stay easy, and the house offered everything we needed and more.
