Monthly Rentals in New Hill

Carey’s place was quiet and peaceful, not to mention very clean and well maintained/stocked.

We were in town for a special family event and Jonathan’s place was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and clean. The living room and kitchen area is open and the entire place looked professionally decorated. Jonathan was also a very responsive host.

This was a great place for our family to gather. The sofas and beds are so comfortable. We loved the game room! The covered outdoor area is even better than pictured! The house is out away from hubbub, but so close to anything you need. We stayed here for the UNC-CH graduation weekend and appreciated how easy the drive to campus with less traffic than coming in from other sides.

House was so nice!!!! Very clean, most comfortable beds😄. Communication was amazing if ever in area again will definitely see if house is available. Thank you for being Great Hosts!!!
