Is close to Jordan lake and also close to downtown apex This house has everything you need for a nice stay. We have equipped the house with essentials you may need such as utensils and cooking pans cups and plates etc. Bathrooms are also equipped with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash etc. The area is very safe and quiet.

The Perfect Spot in Perry Farms

I was in town for my nephews graduation and we were 8 minutes from my sister’s house. The rental was a great size and I was able to host a little brunch for my family to celebrate. The neighborhood was super quiet and we walked to downtown Apex for the farmers market and shopping. I will be back in September and will try to book it again.

The home was well equipped, superbly decorated and the attention to detail in the finishes and decor was phenomenal. The furniture and bedding was top quality as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space including the covered deck, spacious yard, hot tub and gorgeous pond views. The Sonos sound system was an added bonus.

Michelle's place was PERFECT for my mom and brother's visit from Ohio. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home. The house was super clean, had comfortable beds and everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The location was great, located in a quiet neighborhood and close to a park with beautiful walking trails. It rained for most of our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor patio with fire pit or screened in porch but we look forward to staying at Michelle's place again in the future. Great HOSTS!!

Luxury Secluded Family Retreat in Apex

What a wonderful house for a family gathering! Large spaces, great kitchen, bedrooms away from the common area. It was just right for us for a late December get-away. Even though the house is in a wooded area, off a country road, it is very close to a lot of places to eat and shop and play. We recommend the American Tobacco Trail for walking and Pleasant Park for their awesome playground. Churches nearby for Sunday worship. We never had to drive more than about 15 minutes from the house! Locking the house took several tries some of the time; there are so many light switches, we were always trying another one; last guests left trash and recycle bins full and the pickup didn't come as scheduled on our stay (not something the owners can control!); but the house makes up for such minor inconveniences. Great vacation place!

The house was very clean and spacious. It was exactly what my family of 16 needed. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 days we were there. It would have been amazing to explore the grounds some more.
