Loft vacation rentals in New England

Great little studio apartment attached to Emily’s house, very peaceful yet walkable to downtown Wilmington!!! Easy to get to the Hoot and Toot trail, and about a mile from the boat launch/picnic grove at the lake!! Absolutely would recommend and stay again!!

Toujours une très belle place pour mon deuxième séjour dans ce loft très agréable et proche de tous les attraits sur l'Ile d'Orléans et dans la ville de Québec qui est à 20 minutes en voiture. Le Loft est très propre et bien équipé, et les hôtes sont très disponibles pour toute question. A une prochaine fois j'espère !

Le logement est très chaleureux et vivant : plantes, décoration inspirée, meubles non standardisés,... C'est vraiment très agréable et il ne manque rien. Martine est une hôte très accueillante et réactive. Et la propriété très vaste (bois, lac) offre un très bel environnement pour des balades ou juste pour se déconnecter de la vie urbaine. On a très envie d'y retourner à l'été ou à l'automne !

Great location. Great value. Super clean. Has everything you need and plenty more. It's in Vieux Montreal one block from Notre Dame, but the street does not have bars or places that stay open late so it's not especially noisy. Everything in the apartment seems completely new and fresh. I didn't even notice the washer and dryer in the listing, but they were welcome after I'd been travelling for a while and the controls were very clear!

The barn was exactly what I needed for a few days away to reset. It is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could need. Julie is very intentional with the guest experience; the little touches made the stay even more wonderful. The location is perfect for access to everything Great Barrington offers, but you’re a little tucked away on a quiet, peaceful road. I loved the Old Red Barn and would recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

Jane and Paul's place is one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed at! As others have already mentioned, the pictures don't do it justice. The loft is charming and cozy with everything you need, you can tell it's been lovingly taken care of. Jane was very welcoming and fun to chat with, and we really appreciated Paul's hiking trail tips for Acadia National Park. We enjoyed a campfire in the backyard one evening. The whole area is stunning, it was our first time visiting Mount Desert Island and we hope to return one day.

Tesha's place in Ludlow was exactly what I needed- the rare combination of a private, quiet space in a natural setting which also provides all the comforts of home- and some extra luxuries too! The listing photos don't do it justice and immediately upon arrival it's obvious a lot of effort was put into ensuring the place provides guests a wonderful stay. Next time I need to escape the city I will definitely be checking to see if it's available.

We had a wonderful time at Lura’s place. It was clear to us that she has put much care and thoughts into the place. It was very quiet and tucked away, with a skylight to watch the stars at night. Lura is very communicative and gave us local recs. The only downside would be the stairs - if you have heavy luggage, it could be a drag to bring it up

The place is in a great location, close to Smith’s campus. The bath towels do need an upgrade. Otherwise, the place is relatively quiet (sometimes you can hear neighbors walking above), very clean and spacious. We enjoyed staying here.

Quiet, spacious loft smack dab in prime Mile End. Easily walkable to some of the best restaurants in Montreal, beautiful parks, and, dangerously, St. Viateur bagels are only half a block away. Bed was comfy and A/C kept us cool even on a 90 degree day. Mike was happy to give us some recommendations for spots in the neighborhood and always responsive to any questions we had. Great spot if you want to get out of downtown!

The carriage house had all the historic charm one could ask for with modern comforts and conveniences. The kitchen was fully stocked, bathroom spacious and super clean, and the bed cozy and comfortable. We loved watching the daily farm activities, meeting the cows, and savoring the local goods from the farm store. I wish we had brought less food with us—the farm store was stocked with salad greens, dairy products to your heart’s desire (eat the moon cheese!), preserves, and incredibly delicious sausages. All local, all worth sampling. My husband and I were both able to work remotely with the fast wifi. So glad we stayed here and hoping for a return visit sometime soon!

This is our third stay at Brithaven Farm. That alone is the best recommendation isn't it? The loft is spacious, simple, not at all fussy-- very comfortable. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet--you can survey it all with coffee and breakfast on the deck. Explore the Westport area and beyond--nature abounds here! We'll be back.

I desperately needed a last-minute stay and Serge was quickly and reasonably able to accommodate me. He was able to answer any questions I had. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

The stay checked every box I needed for a quick birthday getaway. The neighborhood had walkable restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. More than likely will book again.

Kate's place was so cute and just as described! We loved the pillows and the bedding. My husband and I had a quick overnight stay, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The guidebook was adorable and we were able to check out some of the suggestions. Highly recommend and hoping to return!

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne chez Melanie, et tout était encore une fois impeccable. L’endroit est toujours aussi propre, confortable et bien situé. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi, avec toutes les petites attentions qui font la différence. L’hôte est réactif, accueillant et très professionnel. Je reviendrai sans hésiter une troisième fois. Cozy stay for our weekend snowboarding in Tremblant. The weather conditions were peak winter season so it was nice to come home to something warm and toasty! Thank you for a seamless stay Léa Et Mélanie!

A fantastic stay in a warm and welcoming home close to great transport links, shops, coffee, lovely forest walks and also the river is only 15mins walk away, so a really nice place for long stays. The studio was warm and cosy, I rarely had to turn the heating on even in snowy weather as its so nicely insulated, the bed was super comfy, the kitchen really practical and the bathroom was the perfect size and set up. Very helpful hosts, and a great place for long term stays as you have privacy and it felt very homely, id 100% stay again, and the hosts were so helpful and lovely!

I had an amazing month in beautiful Quebec city, and the location of the apartment played a huge role in my experience. It was also very clean and cozy, and the kitchen was very well equiped. Raphael is an amazing and helpful host. I could not have done any beter anywhere else. Would definetely come back!

Melissa’s place was absolutely wonderful! Waking up to the view of Mt St Anne every morning and seeing lighted ski slopes every night all from our patio door was something out of this world! As soon as my husband walked into the condo and saw how beautiful it was, he said “yes, vacation has started” Through out the month we were there our host even provided extra appliances to make our stay more convenient. They were truly wonderful and responsive and helpful. I don’t really like to travel to somewhere a second time but I loved our stay so much we are contemplating going back sometime in a different season.

Nous avons passé 5 mois dans le studio de Mélanie et c’était une superbe expérience ! Proche du centre ville, de l’université, du lac et du Mont Bellevue, le studio est situé dans un quartier central, agréable et très bien desservi par les autobus. Mélanie est une hôte superbe, toujours disponible et présente pour nous aider. C’est avec un très gros pincement au cœur que nous avons quitté notre vie à Sherbrooke dans le studio Mont Bellevue. Cette expérience restera gravée dans nos cœurs.
