This 2 bed/1.5 bath home is has beautiful lighting, laminated floors, high ceilings, large rooms w/king bed & comfortable sofa for reading or relaxing in the master bedroom. The second room has 2 full beds. The kitchen is updated with all the necessary appliances and utensils that even a chef would enjoy and flows into the classy living/dining area.

Bellefonte Cottage

The Bellefonte Cottage is a cozy ranch home nestled in the Town of Bellefonte, within the suburbs of Wilmington. The small town charm is very authentic with 2 blocks of artsy shoppes lined with string lights. All of the essentials for a comfortable stay for 5 guests are here, including Netflix & Disney on the Smart TV. We’re pet friendly with a fenced yard. You'll enjoy a peaceful stay while being close to all of local dining and entertainment around Wilmington (recommendation list provided).

Five Star Accommodations

We've had more than one guest tell us that Bancroft Cottage was better than their stay at the Hotel Dupont! (and a lot more reasonable may we add). In the event that we already have a guest checking out on the day you are checking in, or checking in on the day you are checking out we will need to adjust the check-in or check-out time by one hour to allow sufficient time for the Housekeeper. We have exterior cameras in the front and back for added security for our guests and the property.

Whole Quaker Hill Historic House

Large, spacious 4BR house with GREAT Parking. You can walk into town or the riverfront from Quaker Hill, central to everything Wilmington has to offer. House was built in 1883 and recently restored for modern living without losing any of the charms a century old house can offer. Pet friendly with nice fenced in courtyard. Kitchen well stocked for cooking family style.
