A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! My stay at Devin and Nakayla’s was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the view of the pool outside from the room window. The location was also ideal walking distance to the comedy show we attended. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this place is a gem. I would definitely stay here again

Taylor’s place was just perfect! We had everything we needed. It was very clean, decorated very nicely, and the subdivision was very peaceful. The location was also perfect! Brandon and his team were hugely communicative via text, which is actually my preference, and I appreciated his assistant really helping me out w a specific ask that I had, Kayla went above and beyond, big kudos to her!!! Would *absolutely* stay there again if I ever make it back to the Derby!

Barquett was very communicative and helpful throughout the entirety of my trip. The apartment was neat and comfortable, great size for one person or a couple. Fitness center access was a plus. If you’re looking to walk to central downtown area (Old Forester distillery, Repeal steakhouse, etc) it’s about 10-15 minutes walking. Overall, good location for the price.

Great location for what we needed. Attended a conference and this location is directly across the street and had easy access for what we needed. Great Spaghetti restaurant and pizzeria right outside. Few block walk to the downtown distilleries if that's what you are attending downtown for. Highly recommend and would book again if needed.

This place is a must if you’re looking for something downtown in Louisville! Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo is very spacious and relaxing. Kristin has done an amazing job at setting the place up with all the essentials and then some. I highly recommend Jeff Ruby’s steakhouse if you’re looking for an excellent steak and a night on the town.

Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

The apartment was great overall. Getting in is a little complicated as you need three separate codes (outer door, residence floor, and the apartment door), but the instructions from John were extremely clear and helpful. The location is just steps from the Brown Hotel and the parking garage and is walkable to lots of downtown locations. The beds were really comfortable. We would definitely recommend using the white noise machine in the larger bedroom as the street noise from truck deliveries early in the morning can be significant - but this is city noise and it is what it is. The second bedroom does not have any windows, so it's insulated from outside noise. John was also very responsive and helpful when we ran into a parking issue due to an unusual rental car. Communication was excellent overall.

The location was perfect for a guys weekend. Walkable to multiple small batch distilleries and bourbon tasting rooms.

For a family-fun filled weekend in Louisville, this was the perfect location!

Awesome stay. Although it's not the best view of the river and Louisville in the distance, the area more than made up for it. Our kids were competing in the NASP tournament at the KY Exposition Center in Louisville which was a quick trip across the bridge. The indoor pool was heated and jetted. This was an unexpected luxury and extremely relaxing after a long drive. This was our first AirBnB and we loved the privacy and ease of access to many attractions as well as restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. We will be moving to Kentucky next year and have things to do. Thank-you so much for the hospitality. Peter and Sandy F.

Great location, spacious and very clean. The host was very responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay here again when in town.

Jennifer was a great host! We were in town for a 2 day wrestling tournament. We had an unfortunate storm that knocked out power in the area on Friday night and then the power was still not back on Saturday evening when we were going to return to the place. Jennifer was amazing and refunded the cost of the place so we could get hotel rooms with power and get all 8 of us showered and rested to go back to the tournament on Sunday. This was above and beyond what I expected and I really appreciate the understanding of the situation.

The house absolutely beautiful. So incredibly clean. Lots of space for our family.

Scott’s place was great. Perfectly located, spacious, clean, cozy, comfy beds, remodeled bathrooms and a great rooftop for early morning coffees or a nightcap before bed. There was a significant amount of attention to little details that made our stay just that much better—fresh full ice bin, cold waters in the fridge, full pods for the Keurig, extra towels, extra pillows and blankets—everything you might need. Thanks again Scott—it was a seamless stay. So stop searching…this is the one!

Pablo’s place was a great place to relax with lots of space! He was extremely responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay! I can’t recommend staying here enough.

Can’t say enough positive things about our stay here. Everything was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Everything was brand new and very clean in the house. The game room and gym was such a cool area for us to hang out and enjoy our time in the area. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

My Old Kentucky Home is a very fitting name for this property. Spectacular old house that has been tastefully update & decorated, free of clutter & made us feel right at home. The property was exceptionally clean & it is obvious the hosts took pride in the place. Jenny & Brent were amazingly fast to respond & even reached out to make sure we were good. They went above & beyond when the power was out, even though it was out of their control. We chose this place based on proximity to dining & shopping but would recommend it for a peaceful getaway. Quiet neighborhood, great outdoor space & space to lounge & chill inside ... & feel like you are at home. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to stay! Easy to connect with host and quick to respond. Loved the pickleball court !!
