Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay in the beautiful Floyds Knobs area. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, full kitchen with brand new appliances, huge living room area, patio with views of the woods, and a campsite down by the stream fed from a fresh water spring. Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, **owners live in the main residence upstairs **, so finding help with any questions about the area or anything you need can be addressed very quickly. No access to/from main home upstairs.

My family traveled in for my graduation and this house was perfect for their stay! Backyard was spacious and perfect for my family to come over after graduation! We loved our stay and will be back if we’re ever in the area!

Beautiful historic home in such a quaint little town. The house had everything we needed for our stay and our host, Krisjans, was incredibly communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

A grand staircase with dark balusters and white spindles enhances the entryway. The hardwood floor extends seamlessly through the space. Soft natural light filters through nearby windows, illuminating a welcoming atmosphere. A glimpse of the dining area can be seen through the opened doorway.

Caleb and Hannah’s home was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed, and more. The location is very conveniently located near downtown New Albany. They were very responsive and flexible with check-in/check-out times. We had a great stay and would recommend their home to other guests.

What a place to stay! Brought down a group of 12 to visit Louisville and the Bourbon Trail and this place did not disappoint. The pictures do not do a justice of just how much space is in the unit. Plenty of room for all of us and 12 sets of golf clubs. The game room was a fantastic hangout spot when bad weather rolled through and had plenty of beds to make sure everyone was comfortable at night. Jessica and Matt were quick to respond and answer any questions or resolve any issues that came up during our stay. The New Albany downtown had great little restaurants and activities to do all within walking distance. It also was only a 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft drive to downtown or other points of interest. I would highly recommend to anyone with a large group to stay here.
