Fantastic host! Communication was fast and clear throughout the stay. When the water heater wasn’t working, they were very understanding and quickly offered a refund without any hassle. Truly appreciated their professionalism — highly recommended!

Overall, I like the place. It was actually aesthetic. The photos she chose to post here aren't nice but the photos I took while staying there were great. I don't know where the restaurants are located. Maybe because it was too late when I came out. There's free water to drink so it's great. There's also free shampoo and conditioner. The host is responsive. I like the lightings. There's also a fridge and may laman sya. Baka binibenta n host. I'm not sure 😅

We had a wonderful stay! The interior of the place is beautiful, and it was equipped with everything we needed – complete furniture, appliances, and all the essentials which were especially helpful since we were traveling with our toddler. The place was also very clean and had a lovely, fresh scent. One of our favorite features was the hot and cold shower, perfect for our toddler who loves warm baths. The host was incredibly accommodating. She was always in touch, checking in to make sure we were settled and comfortable, and always offered to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again the next time we're in Manila!

This is the 3rd time booking with Sherlaine. But this time, I actually was able to stay as prior times it was for relatives. The 2 bedrooms come with an a/c unit along with portable fans if someone does not want to use an a/c. The living area also has an a/c unit to keep the rest of the area cool. The kitchen is a decent size along with a gas stove and fridge. The bonus for renting her place is that it comes with a parking spot. This was something we needed as a relative would be staying with us to drive us around. There is additional parking for a fee as well.

felt very grateful to the host for allowimg us to stay 1hr earlier than the supposed check in time. unit was clean with complete appliances. we felt like we’re at home. we’ll definitely back again soon.

The host is responsive to the inquiries and instructions, the caretaker is accommodating and friendly, and the place is clean, accessible if you have appointment in Alabang area, compatible for groups or family to check in, and the place has everything you need. We loved our stay in Makati! The unit was very clean, exactly as described with amazing city views. The hosts Brian, Jacqueline and Fely were responsive, made the check in process easy, and super helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home. Levy was an amazing host, always responding right away to any of our inquiries and ahe was very helpful with good instructions at the unit as well. The unit itself was exactly what I look for in an Airbnb: fully stocked kitchenware and appliances, hotel feel and cozy. The building felt very safe and secure with helpful guards as well. There's a Starbucks nearby, supermarket, bank, we even got pedicures near the unit, all walkable distance and part of the compound. Thank you Levy, for sharing your home with us!

Louis and Paulette's place is superb! Setting is both like you are in a 5-Star hotel and family home at the same time. The rooms though not as spacious as looking on the booking pictures, are clean and comfy. The kids were happy with the cereals and chocolate kisses, and the kids at heart with the coffee and drinks in the fridge😁 Plus Louis is a pro-active, ready in responding to queries, welcoming host. The place looked nice and comfy and the rooms and furniture are all well kept. It was a fun and relaxing stay with the team and the provided mic and board games were entertaining. If you want to spend a great time with friends or family in a peaceful and private place, this is a go to for sure.

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.
