Great place for us and the dogs. Close to Water Street for good food and drinks. Vegas strip only a short drive away. Place was very clean and beds comfy. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-appointed, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the peaceful surroundings were a huge plus. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the hot tub in the cool, early mornings. It was the perfect way to start the day. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect for a stay in Reno with all the great things mid-town has to offer - only walk away. The fenced-in back yard was peaceful and great to have, especially for relaxing after a long workday.

Great house for a short stay in Tahoe. Very cute. Fully stocked. Good indoor and outdoor hangout areas. Only minor inconvenience that it was a little hard to find arriving at night and a door dash order also had trouble finding the house. Not a big deal at all, just make sure you give clear instructions to first-time visitors so that they don’t go to the neighbors house!

Comfy, clean, and easy to find, this place combined the best parts of a hotel and an Airbnb. We felt very safe during our stay, and as someone who loves trains, I loved getting to see the Amtrak pass by. We were just passing through, but the place was so nice that we’d love to come back and explore the town more.

Great place. House is beautiful and backyard, patio and pool are perfect for a family stay. About an hour from Vegas and hour from Death Valley. Would be great for a multiple day stay. Jody the host easily communicated information for our stay and was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay! My kids didn’t want to leave. There was more than enough towels for the bathrooms and the pool separated by color. The multiple toilets, tvs, beds and couches were a huge hit! We used the bbq a couple times and made some pretty yummy burgers! The beds and pillows were heavenly… We slept extremely well! There’s hand soap at every sink as well as lotion (lotion in every room as well). There’s also shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent. This house has it all! Myriam was very attentive to us. Anytime I had a question or concern, it was taken care of right away. Only down was that the people before us misplaced the garage remote, so we didn’t have one our entire stay. The spa heater kicks off once it hits 104 but does heat really well! The bowls in the kitchen need to be deeper; they were more like salad bowls. My kids like to eat cereal, so we improvised using the cocoa cups. All in all we loved our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

At this point Nicollete is like family 😄 this is our 3rd stay at this residence and we love it and the kids love it. Very clean, nice and safe neighborhood tucked into the mountain. About 20 min to the strip and airport. Lovely neighbors, I’m telling you, please book here, this is our go to Vegas Rental Home! 5 ⭐️!!

Felt right at home. Not to far from the strip and places to eat. Has great entertainment for our family. Free of clutter and nice and clean. My family enjoyed every moment there.

Corinna was an amazing host and very communicative and flexible. My flight arrived earlier than it was supposed to and she was very hospitable and allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was much appreciated. During our stay we were amazed at all amenities, it has everything you needed and to cook a great meal . The house was very clean and the pool table area was very fun! All the rooms were very beautiful and clean which added to our relaxing stay. The pool was clean and very big which we enjoyed. Corinna was a great hospitable host and we would love to book again! Really enjoyed staying at Brandon's place! Brandon was an incredible host, always responsive and so helpful. The place itself is beautiful, so spacious and clean, pool and jacuzzi are great, and the house has all the amenities we needed. We stayed here as 6 people and everyone was very happy with the place. Our expectations were exceeded! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Las Vegas. The location is simply perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the Strip to reach all the city’s highlights within minutes. The house itself is stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and right at home. We were especially impressed by the spacious and impeccably clean swimming pool, a true oasis of relaxation after a day full of adventures in the city. Everything was spotless, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen. We truly enjoyed every minute and sincerely hope to come back soon. My husband and I stayed with another couple for our first ever visit to Lake Tahoe. The home is in a beautiful, private, quiet setting. The lake was visible through the gorgeous pines of the region. The place was even more lovely in person, tastefully decorated and furnished. I look for homes with spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms with lots of counter space, and I hope for plentiful plush towels and nice linens. This home checks all those boxes! Matt was very thorough with info needed for the place and was timely to respond from booking to checkout, and we appreciated the short list of things to do to before we left. Would HIGHLY recommend!

This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!

Our stay at this Lake Tahoe home was truly wonderful. The house was spotless, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in, with no bugs or lizards anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked and thoughtfully organized, and we appreciated small details like the brand-new sponge and high-quality toiletries. The washer and dryer were a great help after days of hiking. The location was perfect, just minutes from Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and Monkey Rock. The hosts went above and beyond by providing milk, eggs, snacks, beach towels, and beach chairs, along with a handwritten welcome note that made us feel so cared for. Their responsiveness and kindness added so much to our experience. This home was the ideal base for exploring both Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe. We felt completely at ease and truly appreciated the warmth and thoughtfulness in every aspect of the stay. It made our trip incredibly memorable.
