Host had good communication, responded immediately & was very helpful their home was beautiful we rate it 5 star it was amazing everything about it we’d definitely book again or any of their properties!

Considering Grace was flexible with my check-in due to unforeseen circumstances, was very much appreciated. I loved her dog friendly environment as my dogs are my fur babies, she also had a basket of toys which was so cute and the home was very clean. I am accustomed to taking my shoes off when entering my home, so the fact that Grace provided disposable slippers was a nice touch. She provided all the necessities and was very communicative. I loved the messages left on her bulletin board from previous guests; it spoke volumes of her hosting! Thank you Grace we enjoyed our stay and so did our dogs!

We loved this totally updated and modern house. Immaculate, lots of natural light, beautifully furnished with lovely decorative and artistic accents throughout. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities as well as modern and attractive bathrooms. Cozy bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Easily accessible and close to numerous shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The pictures do not do it justice. Communication with host was excellent - super easy check-in with lockbox. This is one of the best Airbnb's that we've stayed in and we've stayed in a lot both in the US and abroad. Highly recommended!!

Perfect place to book if you only need somewhere to stay somewhere for a short or long time 🤩 super clean and homey!!

Enjoyed the location, was able to walk to local restaurants and stores which was a plus. 2 Chicks is the best restaurant in Midtown for breakfast and lunch not to be missed. The accommodations were very comfortable and enjoyed having a private backyard space. Was our second time staying, we will return.

What we loved about this Airbnb: The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs. The air conditioning worked great and kept the place cool, even on very hot days. The directions were clear, and we had no issues with access codes. Kenny was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed. Having the washer and dryer right in the unit was super convenient—no need to go elsewhere to do laundry.

We had a great stay! We loved the comfy rooms, the game area, the speakers, and the great basketball hoop. The pool slide is also really fun. 15 min to everything we wanted to see in Vegas. It was great to have an oasis in the sun. Zohar was extremely communicative and made our trip very easy

I’d definitely stay at Shaun’s place again. I like to have fun but when it’s time to rest & relax I prefer a peaceful quiet setting and Shaun’s place provided that. Always hit me back right away if I had any questions and just made the whole process very easy and we loved his place we’ll definitely be staying there from now on when we go to Vegas!

We loved our stay! My kids didn’t want to leave. There was more than enough towels for the bathrooms and the pool separated by color. The multiple toilets, tvs, beds and couches were a huge hit! We used the bbq a couple times and made some pretty yummy burgers! The beds and pillows were heavenly… We slept extremely well! There’s hand soap at every sink as well as lotion (lotion in every room as well). There’s also shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent. This house has it all! Myriam was very attentive to us. Anytime I had a question or concern, it was taken care of right away. Only down was that the people before us misplaced the garage remote, so we didn’t have one our entire stay. The spa heater kicks off once it hits 104 but does heat really well! The bowls in the kitchen need to be deeper; they were more like salad bowls. My kids like to eat cereal, so we improvised using the cocoa cups. All in all we loved our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood that had great view of the strip at night. The home was clean and in a safe quiet area, plenty of amenities provided. Host was responsive to any questions I had during my stay.

One of the best AirBnb experiences I’ve had. Comfortable home and great host. Check in was easy, home was clean and tidy, and the yard, pool, and views toward the strip were all great. A perfect stay if you’re looking for a Las Vegas experience that’s not on the strip in a well-located community. Highly recommend!

Great place everything matches photos/description

We had an amazing stay at alex’s penthouse. The place was clean and the view was extraordinary on the balcony especially at night. Everything was easy to get to with an uber and coming back to this place really gave us the Las Vegas experience. Highly recommend and would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for having us, we had an amazing time!

This is an awesome place to stay off the strip in Vegas, but close enough to take in the amenities. Quiet room, clean, and well designed. Would stay here again!

The house was great very nice enjoyed the games it had. The only thing that I wasn’t to fond of was someone came into the home while we were away and we were not notified about it. Other than that the stay was great

Corinna was an amazing host and very communicative and flexible. My flight arrived earlier than it was supposed to and she was very hospitable and allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was much appreciated. During our stay we were amazed at all amenities, it has everything you needed and to cook a great meal . The house was very clean and the pool table area was very fun! All the rooms were very beautiful and clean which added to our relaxing stay. The pool was clean and very big which we enjoyed. Corinna was a great hospitable host and we would love to book again! My friends and I booked Ginny's place for a girl's weekend trip to Virginia City. It's well located - close to plenty of restaurants and stores, but also in a very quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for us. It also provided a lot more amenities than a motel closer to VC would have. The landscaping at the home is quite lovely. The home is spacious and clean, and we enjoyed using the kitchen and the hot tub during our stay. There are some strict rules to follow, but they aren't difficult and help keep the home nice. If you're looking for a nice, peaceful place to stay for a trip to Reno, VC, or the surrounding areas, I'd definitely recommend Ginny's place. You get what you pay for!

This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!

It was even better than expected! Melissa was a 1A host, quick to respond, helpful and there were so many details in the apartment that I really adored! Very thoughtfully furnished & equipped :) Definitely recommended!

Felt right at home. Not to far from the strip and places to eat. Has great entertainment for our family. Free of clutter and nice and clean. My family enjoyed every moment there.
