Here you have access to a studio apartment with high ceilings and a lot of light. This apartment is renovated in 2019. It is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a steam cleaner before each booking. Between departure and arrival is always at least 24 st. Dishes and cutlery are cleaned in the dishwasher with 70 C. We are a small family run, live in the house and are very careful to follow the hygiene standards.

The arrival was simple and uncomplicated There are plenty of parking options near the accommodation the accommodation is very central, so you can reach a lot on foot in a few minutes be it the Minto Falls, which has a lot to offer, or just a shopping facility or any restaurants Check-in was straightforward and very well described by the host the rooms were well furnished and from the terrace you have a good view the only drawback is that it sometimes takes a while for the hot water to arrive upstairs or that the water pressure is a little too low. But something like that doesn't happen on the 7th floor All in all, a great choice if you want to travel to Mönchengladbach or the surrounding area.

The apartment could be reached easily by tram 18 just across the street. View from 21st floor was phenomenal. Dom cathedral could be seen from the balcony. Felix is very friendly and responsive and he let us check in early in the morning which is very much appreciated when you had a long travel and needed rests. We would definitely come back again next time.

I had a very nice stay at Adrian’s place. He was extremely helpful and responsive when I got in late at night due to traveling delays. The place was nice and clean and very comfy. I look forward to come again.
