Excellent transport links to Düsseldorf and Cologne. The Düsseldorf or Cologne trade fair is about 45 minutes away by public transport. The apartment is newly renovated and completely newly furnished. We have placed a lot of emphasis on top quality and modern technology. The satellite system includes 13 degrees east, 19.2 degrees east, 23.5 degrees east and 28.2 degrees east.

We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

The apartment is in a house from 1907. The landlords live in the house themselves. We live on a street with mostly single family houses. There are parking spaces on the street for those arriving by car. Public transport can be reached in the immediate vicinity.

It is a whole apartment on the second floor in a detached house. Communication only takes place via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 must be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to park two bikes safely. For additional towels and bed linen, we charge a usage fee of €5.00 per person.
