Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem idyllischen kleinem Ort mit wunderschönen Spazierwegen, Weinbergen und dem Aalkistensee die man fußläufig erreichen kann. Voor definitieve boeking had ik al met Oezlem contact gehad. Ze is zo verschrikkelijk aardig. Bij aankomst voelde ik mij meteen welkom. het appartement ziet er precies uit als in de advertentie. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, prachtig uitzicht op de vallei en het is schoon. Gewoon een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Farid en zijn vrouw zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijke. Het appartement was erg netjes en schoon, de tafel was al gedekt. We hebben zelf gekookt, alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. De locatie is midden in het centrum van Phorzheim, zonder dat je last hebt van het verkeer. Echt een aanrader.

Johannes is a very good guy. He was responsive to requests, such as when I noticed that there was no microwave in the unit and informed him, he promptly ordered a new one. I needed parking for one day and even though this unit does not have parking, he was able to arrange parking it another one of his units that had said parking. Overall, the place is very good for one person and manageable for two people (assuming the two people better like each other a lot!)... Strong WiFi, laundry is easy to access, and there is an Aldi within reasonable walking distance. The only limitations are that the unit does not really have a view (It looks out into other condos' bedrooms or onto the garbage) and it is a little bit of a walk from the main train station (even though the bus stops are very convenient). Overall, a very solid 8.5 or 9 out of 10, if not more!!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und für 4 Leute gut geeignet. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In liefen gut und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
