Bright apartment in a prime location!

This superbly renovated apartment is located in one of the most popular residential areas of Linz on Auberg. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was still occupied by the owner himself until recently. In the morning, the sun shines from the east and in the evening from the west directly into the apartment. It's always bright. In 5 minutes you can walk to the tram or a small shopping center. Nevertheless, the location is quiet and also just minutes from the most beautiful squares of Linz.

Having two bedrooms, it can accommodate up to five people (two double beds + one person on the sofa bed). Easy access by public transportation (10 minutes to the main station). The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. The apartment was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Although quite far from the centre, the trams go every 2-3 minutes, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. The apartment has all the facilities you need. Gertrude is alsp very helpful and nice :))

It's the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the routine. The house is very comfortable, the hostess has always been very kind, and the surroundings of the house have beautiful landscapes, excellent places to walk and is close (10 minutes by car) to restaurants. I highly recommend!
