We've been there for the second time and both times everything was great :). A very child-friendly apartment with lots of toys and stuff for all ages. We also liked the elevator in the house very much as we could easily get into the apartment with the stroller. Super short distance to the stand. Great garage just everything's great. The kitchen is perfectly furnished, there is simply nothing missing.

Annemarie's cottage is large, beautiful, clean and well appointed. The photos and info in the description exactly match the actual listing. Annemarie is always available and very knowledgeable. The property is very secluded and quiet. Particularly noteworthy is the very good value for money and the excellent cancellation policy (in case something goes wrong). We will definitely visit this place again as soon as there is another North Sea trip.

Super nice place to stay!! Highly recommended! Everything is nicely decorated and clean! :) There are only 2 "little things": - directly opposite a church, which accordingly rings loudly regularly - Unfortunately, there were no cushions for the loungers by the pool

We had a wonderful time in the north. The place looks like the pictures. The rooms were all clean! Towels, bathrobes and linens were sufficiently available. Small shortcoming: A rag in the kitchen would have been good, but we simply bought it:) Unfortunately, the barbecue was not directly usable on arrival, as the previous tenants left it in a disgusting condition - but the landlords can't help it! We will be happy to come back! :)

We were 2 families with 4 children and had a wonderful time. The property has plenty of space. The quiet location is great for relaxing and the kids love the well-kept play barn. Everything is in great condition and very well maintained. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed the cottage very much. From the amenities to the communication with the owner, everything was excellent. The location is really nice. It is about 300 m to the sea. On this path, you will pass restaurants, bakeries and ice cream parlors. So you have everything you need. The house is very nicely decorated and has a great size. We loved that there are 2 shower bathrooms. The kitchen furnishings are great and everything has been thought of for families. There is a huge selection of games, books and shovels. A special highlight is the beach chair, which belongs to the house. The owner sends a lot of helpful information in advance. The contact was always super nice and straightforward. Really recommended! I'm sure we'll be back.

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful cottage and we highly recommend it! The house is really spacious and offers a variety of rooms perfect for large groups. We were particularly impressed by the kitchen – it is not only spacious, but also superbly equipped. Here cooking is really fun! The large living room with the welcoming dining area is the perfect place to eat, play or just relax. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, which adds to the feeling of "home". With plenty of bedrooms, this cottage is ideal for family gatherings or holidays with your friends. Everyone has their own retreat, and yet there's plenty of room to spend time together. Overall, our stay was just fantastic and we can recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to spend a holiday with a large group.

Ulla is a friendly hostess, who is easily accessible, but also gives you your space and privacy. The house is spacious, the garden both in front and back offers a lovely place to be in the sunny weather. The nostalgic Beach Basket is a nice tourist addition.

The three of us spent a weekend in the vacation home, which exactly matched the descriptions on the Internet. Access was easy via the key box. There was a private parking space right by the house. Everything was clean, tidy and practical (sufficient 'storage space'). The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The location is great, the village and sea are a few minutes' walk away. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house. The contact with Janine was always easy.

The house was nicely decorated and clean, very child-friendly and also dog-friendly. You could get to everything easily on foot or within a few minutes by car. The contact with Michael was friendly and you could always reach him. We would come back any time

Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet Günther, but his wife. She was an amazing host. We were greeted with our house names at the front door. 😊 In the fridge, there was a bottle of summer beer, a bottle of sparkling wine, candies, chocolate and a large piece of Frisian cake for us. Simply fantastic!!!! The apartment and terrace were a dream. Magnificent view of the Larreelter Deep. We will be happy to come back.

Heike is a great hostess. The house is very nice, spacious and has a large garden. It is also conveniently located, you can quickly get to beaches or places in the area. In the neighboring district you will find a bakery, a butcher, a kiosk and two restaurants. I highly recommend a stay.

Achim's house in East Frisia is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends! The many rooms and the size of the living and dining area (open kitchen) offer retreats as well as space for communal activities; the well-kept and large garden is very inviting to play. The barbecue area behind the pond (is fenced, smaller children and dogs are protected) is covered, so even in bad weather you have the opportunity to sit outside. The kitchen is super equipped - like everything in this house, functional and thoughtful! We were there in April and more in the House as planned - the underfloor heating and the conservatory (great views) have beautified our stay there. The location is great: tours to the Great - and Eternal Sea by bike are possible; by car you can quickly get to Emden, Aurich or Greetsiel. In the village, there is also a lot to discover (e.g. museum, tea puffs). - Thank you, Achim!

In the evening, a flock of seagulls regularly passed by // shed with space for bicycles, etc. // parking in front of the house // short distances to shopping by car (-)/good to know the dike is quite close, but after that it is still a good distance to the "natural beach". We had imagined it to be more "beachy" before, so that you could also swim there. In reality, however, it is a very typical mudflat area. The plan to jump into the North Sea every day did not work out// Next door is a small farm, we thought that our kids could ride ponies there, but this is only for guests of the farm.

The accommodation fully met our expectations. We felt very comfortable there. We also particularly liked the covered terrace and the fact that you could safely store your eBikes there. What we also liked very much was that in the event of a problem with the hot water, we immediately got help and 2 hours later a craftsman was on site (Saturday evening). We will certainly book the accommodation again.

Everything is fine in the cottage and as described. Comfortable beds. Small kitchen requires improvisational talent ;-) High-level home technology. Location particularly quiet and beautiful. Bicycles could be parked under a roof. The house is small and nice, with more than two people it gets cramped. Very good communication with Max. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable at the place. It was perfect for a relaxing girls' weekend, especially the terrace overlooking the countryside, which we liked very much. We will be happy to come back!

Charming Frisian cottage, quietly located yet centrally located. Enough retreat options in the house for us as a family of 4. The kicker was particularly well received by the whole family. Due to the good location, Norddeich and the ferry to Norderney could be reached in a few minutes by car.

The lake house offers everything you need for a relaxing break. The sauna has a very pleasant size and, thanks to the outdoor shower, is perfect for relaxing wellness moments. The location is ideal, in the immediate vicinity there is also a barefoot path.

The house is really nice. The kitchen was well equipped. However, you have to read the instructions you receive carefully, because toilet paper, soap and kitchen towels are only available as leftovers from the previous tenant. 😉 But the Nordseemarkt (a small Edeka with good amenities) is less than 2 minutes' walk. Bed linens and towels must either be brought by you or rented for a fee. The sauna can also be rented for €10 per day - highly recommended. The workspace in the bedroom leaves nothing to be desired. The monitor is great, very large. Keyboard, mouse and printer are provided. The location is also great. You can reach the beach of Nessmersiel in a few minutes by car. The settlement is a holiday settlement and therefore there are many possibilities to eat something or to rent bicycles. All in all, a nice short trip for the four of us. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful extended weekend with the family in this beautiful house! It is very spacious, well-equipped and ideal for families – even with a baby cot. We particularly liked the cozy living area with oven, the large terrace with BBQ and the fantastic garden. Everything was clean and thoughtfully decorated. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The host is super friendly and accommodating, he even suggested a later check out on his own and offered us a refund on our own because we didn't arrive until a day later due to illness. He came by extra after our check-in via key box to explain all the fixtures to us and had great suggestions on fishing in the surrounding area. Otherwise, the accommodation also leaves nothing to be desired, it is modern and fully equipped. The surroundings are super nice, quiet and private, difficult on foot, but many shops are very easy and quick to reach by car for everyday needs, restaurants and leisure facilities. We will definitely come back again at a warmer time of year.

We had a very nice stay with our small dog at Arjo & David's place. The house and garden are very nice and we were very nicely welcomed by the two. very idyllic, the chickens come by in the garden:)
