Hof Seewind vacation apartment - right on the North Sea

Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing time out on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a courtyard with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you are at the dyke in a minute and also on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

We lovingly renovated our "Krabbenbude" in the summer and fulfilled a cozy living dream for ourselves. A modern open kitchen invites you to cook with lots of accessories. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds - for upscale sleeping comfort. The large and cozy living-dining area with electric fireplace offers plenty of space for the whole family. Fiberglass is also available free of charge. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement.

This high-quality furnished apartment in the quiet district of Deichshausen is perfect for couples or families. Shopping about 1 km away, free street parking, spacious terrace in the countryside. The Wesermarsch right outside the front door and the nearby rivers Weser, Ochtum and Ollen invite you to take bike tours, walks or inline skating tours. Good location on the Weser bike path. Oldenburg and Bremen can be reached in just 30-40 minutes by car.

The Sandkasten house is an old farm from which the barn was newly expanded. Here you will find 10 cozy Rooms with two single beds each, so that up to 20 people can be accommodated with us. The rooms face the north and south sides of the farm. In the middle of the barn is the shared kitchen and 5 bathrooms. The barn offers several cozy sitting areas, as well as a large dining area. In addition, there is a lounge with exit to the terrace.

Welcome to our fisherman's house. Completely renovated in 2023, this beautiful domicile belongs to our small (house) family on the North Sea. During the renovation, we paid great attention to space, clear lines and sustainability. For example, heating is provided with bio-infrared heating. This, 2023 The rooms are modern, bright and cozy. The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a 30 km/h zone, yet in the heart of the beautiful "bear town" of Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes away by car.

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Apartment 1 on the ground floor is about 75 m² and has 1 bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed and a room with two 90 cm wide single beds, a new bathroom (pictures follow), a nice kitchen and an open living room with access to the terrace. This is partly covered. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen or you can rent it from our property management on site.
