Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Franz&Margaretes Airbnb hat alles was man sich für einen Familienurlaub wünscht, zudem ist die Kommunikation mit beiden unglaublich angenehm und von der traumhaften Lage brauchen wir erst gar nicht reden ;) Es war für uns ein sehr schöner und entspannter Rutsch ins neue Jahr, welcher nicht zuletzt, durch euer wunderbar geführtes Airbnb und euren tollen Hof, so schön geworden ist. Ich habe mit meinem Freund und meinem Hund eine wunderschöne Auszeit genießen dürfen. Es war wunderbar ruhig und die Gegend ein Traum zum spazieren gehen und wandern. Auch die Stadt Linz war sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne :)

Das kleine Häuschen ist genau wie beschrieben. Es ist alles drin, was man braucht. Die Betten sind super bequem, alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das schöne Haslach in 20 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Anita ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation war hervorragend und wir durften ganz flexibel an - und abreisen. Die Umgebung ist herrlich und lädt zum Wandern, Radfahren und Schwimmen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder, vielleicht auch mal für den Wintersport.

Nette, relativ neue Unterkunft. Das Bad ist sehr schön und ausreichend groß. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr klein, aber durch den Balkon hat man kein beengendes Gefühl. Der Blick auf den Eidlauf-Teich ist sehr schön. In die Stadt sind es nur wenige Minuten. Eine Filterkaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Ich würde eine Kapselmaschine bevorzugen . Die Auszieh-Schlafcouch ist ok. Auf meinen Wunsch wurde mir ein Drehsessel gebracht. Danke nochmal dafür! In Rohrbach und Umgebung gibt es sehr viele nette Menschen. Zu empfehlen: Burns, B34 und Stadt-Café. Pizza beim Jimmy. Tierpark in Altenfelden.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Appartement ist schlicht aber man hat was man braucht und wir haben vor Allem die ruhige Lage Nachts genossen.

Wir haben es so angetroffen, wie im Inserat beschreiben. Der Wohnwagen hat die beste Zeit hinter sich…. Besonders toll ist die Lage zu den wirklich schönen Seen. Ein traumhaftes Wasser :). Martin ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, die Gastwirtschaft ist lecker und gemütlich. Wir würden diese Unterkunft „Campingerfahrenen Gästen“ empfehlen, ansonsten könnte es ehr unpassend werden. Für uns ein guter Aufenthalt. Danke Martin!

Der Aufenthalt bei Katharina hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist total gemütlich, lichtdurchflutet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders schön fanden wir das selbstgetöpferte Geschirr von Katharina. Auch Lesestoff war reichlich vorhanden und wir konnten gemütlich auf der Sitzbank mit Panoramafenster in Zeitschriften blättern. Katharina war als Gastgeberin hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
