The newly renovated apartment on the top floor is quietly and centrally located in the middle of vineyards in the Weinsberg district of Gellmersbach. The bright and spacious attic apartment has a very large living room with access to a private balcony. Furthermore, a large kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, microwave) with a cozy sitting area and a bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a washing machine complete the offer.

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
