Extremely comfortable apartment with well supplied kitchen. We cook in for all our meals and this kitchen had everything we needed. Very responsive host and a location that is quiet, but also easily accessible to Old Town Bern. Washer was appreciated as we are on an extended tour of Switzerland.

2nd time with this host. Absolutely wonderful attic apartment with a small balcony. Perfectly clean and stocked with necessities and even a few extras. Beautifully furnished and maintained. The amount of unbuilt land and spectacular gardens in the back are very unusual for any European city. Quiet countryside living with the benefit of being within walking distance of shops and restaurants and lovely trails to parks and river Aare. Frequent buses stop right in front of the house. The ride to the heart of the old city and the train station takes only minutes.

Beautiful place near the center of everything to do in Bern. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a very relaxing stay at Ursula's. If you like nature and animals, you are in the right place. In the morning you are woken up by the birds and in between you hear the peacocks or the donkeys. A great place to go biking or hiking. The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished. Shopping is not just around the corner, so this should be planned in advance.

We enjoyed Roger’s place as a home base while we explored Bern. It’s a quick walk to a neighborhood grocery store, plus the beautiful rose garden is nearby. The location has a very quiet neighborhood feel, yet getting to old town Bern takes just minutes. The bathroom is spacious and updated. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again at Roger’s apartment!

The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. Highly recommended for travelers arriving by car!

This place is perfect for a long duration stay as all amenities with full kitchen are available in the place. We had no issues finding anything because of home tour given by Jacqueline. Raya's place was terrific. I could not have been more convenient, located right on the river. It was a great spot to stay for Fasnacht! Additionally, Raya was a very responsive and thoughtful host and that made things easy for me.

It was a great time with the family. I find the accommodation very expensive. But nowadays everything is overpriced anyway. Still, a great location! Perfect for relaxation - Werner is a very nice person. Even gave us a whole bucket of eggs - thank you!

This was a wonderful stay where we felt at home. Heike and Fredi are super chill, friendly and interesting people we’re glad we have met. The place feels like a little piece of paradise and definitely worth the stay, get a fire in that brasero and some sausage cooking at night !

We were 5 people in this cozy house. There was plenty of space and a nice kitchen-living-dining area for shared breakfast or dinner. Everything was very clean and cozy. We would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you very much.

It’s very private, the patio is amazing, and the views over the beautiful city of Fribourg are truly unmatched. The house was the perfect base for both working remotely and exploring Switzerland. We loved our stay at Rudolf and Evelyn’s place. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and immaculately presented, with so many thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring the Berner Oberland and we loved the peaceful setting for relaxing evenings. We would definitely recommend!

I found the place to stay very easily. It's very clean. The little extra with a welcome note! They are very responsive and accommodating. Had a lovely stay, the place is quiet and close to everything. There is a very nice walking trail around the house.
